I have been renting from Beacon for almost a month and in this time, they have been super responsive and helpful. Every agent I have spoken to and dealt with (specifically George, Kerri, and Cameron) have been very pleasant, and the few small issues that I had were taken care of immediately. No complaints whatsoever

Beacon Property Management, and especially our leasing agent Marlo, have been amazing throughout the leasing process and our first couple of months living in their managed condos. We did need a small issue fixed by their maintenance staff when we first moved in and it was completed with 24 hours of our initial contact. They have been extremely responsive in every aspect. We look forward to our fantastic relationship with them moving forward!!

I always find the best places and is open to my way of communication. I have been with Beacon Property management for almost 12 years and I would never go any other place to look for a quality home! Marlo is the best and is my girl, she is so kind, understanding, hard-working, and anything that comes up she is always available to assist me no matter the means. Beacon & their staff are always prompt to respond to emails, calls & texts and care deeply about their clients. They are fair & honest with both owners & tenants and will go the extra mile. I started doing business with Beacon back in 2007. They did a great job of getting responsible tenants that paid their rents on time.
