I am a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Performance Specialist who focuses on helping clients improve movement quality, strength, mobility, body composition and get out of pain. Training is physical activity performed for the purpose of satisfying a long-term performance or body composition goal, and is therefore about the process instead of the workouts themselves. You can exercise anywhere with anyone. I am NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, EXOS Performance Specialist, USAW Weightlifting Coach and have a B.A. in Health with a minor in Exercise Physiology.

From the first assessment to the workouts, Josh Sargeant has proven to be an amazing trainer. He knows his stuff, of course- but moreso, he listens, sets goals and steps to get there, and is amazing at tailoring programs for the people he works with, on top of being considerate and professional with every interaction.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I spend 3 days a week with Josh and I've noticed how well he's able to adjust to each separate clients individual needs rather then putting everyone through the same routine. That was important to me. His focus on mobility and recovery has helped me immensely. Josh subbed as my trainer for a couple weeks and even for that short amount of time, I appreciated his dedication training me even if I was not directly his client. He was very focus with me, undistracted, watched and guided me throughout the whole length of each session which is what I exactly look for in a trainer. He showed me different… workouts which I have not done before. It’s tough to go to a gym not knowing any trainers and you would just rely and trust the credentials you read, but then end up being disappointed. But with him, you will really get the time and expertise that

Josh is an exceptional trainer, he has trained my husband and I for years. I truly believe he knows exactly what he is doing to help each personal individually attain their goals. He explains everything and breaks down meal info which is helpful when you don’t have much time on your hands.
