Janell Oliver is a miracle worker! She gave me a full body massage, with emphasis on my left side where I've been having so much pain. I've been in and out of the hospital with very bad, almost crippling pain in my left shoulder, which would manifest its way around my body and make it difficult to even breathe. I've spent I don't know how much money on chiropractors. I've had CT scans with contrast, x-rays. Nobody saw anything wrong. My only hope I thought was chiropractors, which helped, but always left still in pain.

First of all I want a call back from the owner and tell her how great her staffs are!!!
The male staff who did my husband's Massage, Did you know I booked It for his birthday and It was supposed to be a pleasant one? Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I know we were late and there was lots of confusion with the dates and timing of booking..there was no confirmation either through email or text from your end.
When we asked for other options you guys were really rude is just bluntly refusing saying a big NO! About the receptionist, despite telling you not to show any rush with my husband, you

Here I am again!
Bodylines is a calming, relaxing experience.
Had a GREAT session with Janelle! She knows all the trigger points and how to address stress and pain. I opted to add the CBD enhancement and it added to the wonderful session. I will be making routine sessions with her.
I even joined the Club to further add to experiencing all that Bodylines has to offer!!

This one-star rating is for my last and most recent massage at Bodylines. I was so disappointed and I'm so traumatized. I tried a new masseuse because my normal masseuse at Bodylines doesn't do deep tissue. It was such a horrible experience. This masseuse was so rough, she was fast and at one point legit slapped my head when I was facing down and she like threw my legs. And then for two weeks my lower back was hurting. I normally get my deep tissue massages at another day spa in Walnut Creek and unfortunately my masseuse left the day spa during Covid and is no longer there, so I figured

I was in severe pain; I'd had a headache for two weeks straight due to a knot in my back. Janell was able to help loosen it up and make my headache go away in under an hour. Everyone there is very conscientious of COVID protocols. The atmosphere is relaxing and comforting. Definitely recommend this for others.

This review is for Azmina, the Nurse Practitioner at Bodylines Day Spa who does injectables and for the Esthetician, Lauren.
My old Botox injector moved, so I decided to give Azmina a try and I was not disappointed.
Azmina is knowledgeable, compassionate, and her services are affordable. She also had great COVID safety precautions. After a brief intake form, Azmina and I discussed my concerns and goals for my Botox treatment, which was to keep things looking natural. With previous injectors I felt they tried to up-sell me and push me towards a more harsh look, but I did not feel that pressure

Wanted to get a massage to relieve my tight shoulders and my usual spot was booked so I decided to try this place.
I found a Groupon and was able to get a same day appointment at 1:30pm on a weekday.
Parking was a little challenging, had to circle a few times. They share a lot with I think was a preschool or daycare, and a physical therapy office. Their lobby was very welcoming and smelled so nice. They also sold a lot of products.
About the massage. I was taken to a room with 2 tables, which I assume was the couples massage room. There was a small window and the sun was shining bright.

First time ever.... had a massage today where the masseuse fell asleep on me. She was rubbing my neck and I realized her movement started to slow down. I opened my eyes and saw her eyes are closed!! She stopped for a bit and barely moving. Wondering if I ought to wake her I cleared my throat. She would wake for a sec and falls back to sleep. This went on for a few minutes and all I'm thinking is how she was gonna fall on my head! In the end she said she kept me a bit longer since we started a bit late. I'm thinking.. right..! I wanted to write her a note with the tip "hope

I am giving this Spa two stars for their ambiance. My masseuse who I guess is the lead there, spent my massage time telling me a lot about herself. But the reason I won't go back....I expect when I get a massage that if it is a one hour massage, it better be one hour. You do not get hands on for an hour. It was maybe 40 min.hands on. I also have had MUCH better massages. It wasn't horrible but it definitely is average and I know I can get a better massage for less money. I didn't feel it was worth the money.

Booked a 60mins prenatal massage session early in the morning but I was running 5mins late due to the traffic, so I called and let their receptionist know before the scheduled time. She said it is still ok to come.
As soon as I arrived to the place, the receptionist gave me a few papers to fill out and told me to sit and wait. A tall masseuse came out after 5-10mins when I finished filling out the paper, without any warm greeting, she notified me that I was 15mins late (including the time she took to come out) and the 15mins will be deducted from the 60mins massage time which I will get only

The place was easy to find, lots of parking. The receptionist were very nice and friendly. It was my first time there. Their lounge area was very tastefully done. My masseuse was Katherine, extremely talented and experienced, she was thorough with all my concern areas . She had the softest hands, loved it.
