That's a tall order for a few nuts, seeds and fruits. HARVEST SYMPHONY began in farmer's markets in 2014 as ViolAmi Cuisine, and launched into Whole Foods Market in 2015.

When possible, we purchase ingredients directly from the farmers who care for the earth. Food you thoroughly enjoy eating, and feel good about buying. We understand the manufacturing, processing and origin of each ingredient we use, from seed to finished product. Whenever possible, we purchase our ingredients directly from the farmer. Only with this knowledge can we promise that we are using the highest-quality ingredients. For our Granl-ahhs and Sweet Delights, we use unrefined, cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil.
