Services
Our classes are a great way to experience the challenge, variety and fun of the Pilates reformer. The reformer uses springs and pulleys to create both resistance and assistance to produce a strengthening and lengthening workout. Our small group classes enable instructors to pay special attention to form for each client and ensure they are practicing properly at ANY level.
Gyrotonic is a training method based in principles of yoga, dance, tai chi, and swimming. Unlike yoga (and most workouts), there's an emphasis on rotation and spiraling movement that doesn't have an end point. At Longevity Pilates, we teach Private Gyrotonic Sessions using the beautiful piece of equipment called the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower.
At Longevity Pilates, we take a personal approach to assisting you on your journey towards health and wellness. To do this, we meet with each client individually (in-person or virtually, if preferred) to discuss your specific wellness goals and needs, and help you choose the membership that will best help you achieve those goals.
At Longevity Studio, we take a smart, anatomical approach to fitness using sound fundamental movement principles. Our goal is to make fitness accessible to all, regardless of age, injuries, or current fitness level. Each and every exercise and repetition you perform with our highly trained instructors is devised with your body in mind.

I have been taking classes at Longevity Studio for almost a year now and have never felt better. For many years I suffered from chronic back pain that kept me from sleeping through the night. After less than a month at Longevity that pain had dwindled to nearly nothing. The staff and atmosphere are so welcoming and positive. After almost a year I am so happy and would recommend Longevity Studio to any friend or family member!

I have been doing pilates at the new studio on Dale St for about two months now and really am loving it. Alex & Sarah are awesome instructors and keep classes fresh and interesting. The space is small but neat and relaxing, though be sure to sign up for class online as there are limited reformers.
I highly recommend this studio, and especially thier "First Timers" class for trtying out reformer pilates if you have never done it before! That was my intro to reformer and it's really helpful and affordable.

I always thought about trying Pilates. I've been an advocate of yoga for years. When my husband and I moved to Saint Paul I wanted to try something new so I started researching studios and came across Longevity's Reformer Pilates. I did the 101 series and I loved it. The instructors are fabulous. Step by step instructions in a small class environment. I joined the studio. Highly recommend.

To put it simply, I love this place! I have met some of the most motivating and genuine people through Longevity. The culture and atmosphere of the studio is welcoming, and instantly zen as when you walk through the door. I have gained new friends, strengthened muscles I didn't even know I had (hello Barre!), and have gained a better understanding of myself as a new yogi. I highly encourage anyone interested to come see all that the studio has to offer. The instructors will accommodate any fitness level, while challenging you at the same time. So happy to have found this St. Paul gem!

I have been going to Longevity a couple times a week, mainly for yoga, since they opened and I LOVE it. They offer a variety of classes that work for all fitness levels, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Classes are never too crowded (something that has turned me away from other fitness studios) and I love the atmosphere of the studio itself - both inviting and relaxing. Plus, it's in the perfect location: connected to my apartment building :) I would recommend Longevity to anyone!!

I've been a member of Longevity for about 6 months now. As someone who doesn't really enjoy working out but can get motivated through classes that feel personal and fun, I've found my place. They keep classes enjoyable through a base of tough but lively instruction, while also mixing it up with pop-up events that make working out fun. I always feel valuable as a student, and strong and accomplished walking out post-class.

I live in Denver, CO and each time I come to the Twin Cities for work, I make sure to stop by and attend one of Sara's pilates class. I found Longevity Studio on class pass (I travel quite a bit). This is one of my favorite studios across the nation. The reformer classes are great for people looking for a gentle studio where you work each of your muscles and gain strength through proper movement. Love this place!

A welcoming new yoga studio. The yoga room is set up for smaller (15 people or so) yoga classes. This means you get more attention from instructors which is so much better than crowded, sweaty classes at other studios. Classes are good for all levels including beginners and those who do yoga regularly. The studio is super clean, and well maintained. They are on the MINDBODY app which makes it so easy to see the schedule and to book a class.

What a great new place in St. Paul!
I'm not a yogi or whatever but this place makes me comfortable to continue my new enjoyment for yoga. Ownership and the instructors are awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend you to join me on Wednesday nights for yoga! I'm now contemplating on trying out some other classes!

So far the instructors I've met at this studio were friendly and knowledgeable. They are new to the area, so I look forward to seeing this business grow in the neighborhood.
There are quite a few options to choose from at this studio if you're looking to build Pilates into your daily routine. They have group and private classes as well as packages you can buy if you're hardcore ;)

Consistency of the Studio's schedule is completely nonexistent. You never know when it's open. The area is so inconspicuous and difficult to find if you don't know exactly where to look. Signage literally a piece of paper on the side of a building. Instructor seemed much more like a yoga student than an Instructor. I don't mean to be rude here, or bash the business at all, but the experience was genuinely terrible. Won't be back, nor do I recommend a first visit for anyone else. But what do I know? I'm just a Yelp Elite.
