LUMOS7 Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio designed to illuminate your mind and body with the seven Pilates Principles that we teach. We opened in the fall of 2018. Our goal is to create a safe, warm, welcoming Pilates experience for everyone. Our services are affordable, accessible, and enjoyable and we use brand new state of the art Pilates equipment.

Services
At LUMOS7 PILATES we offer private training, duet training, small group classes, live classes, video classes, and private classes. We strive to give every client a safe, personalized, and highly effective Pilates experience. Our classes are based on contemporary Pilates, molding Joseph's original methods with exercises designed to fit the needs of our current lifestyles.
The trainers at LUMOS7 Pilates hold certifications that are recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance. We have high standards of our staff and are committed to continually growing and learning together. We hope to provide the highest quality service with the most up to date knowledge of Pilates, exercise, and the human body.

Lumos7, the owner, and staff are wonderful to work with. They assist in determining your needs and listen to your wants and plan accordingly.
I have mad excellent strides in my health and fitness I was not getting at other places.
They also invest in making it fun, which makes it even easier to keep wanting to come back.

Amazing teachers! I began my practice at this amazing studio two years ago. I am stronger, my whole body feels better, and I feel both physically and emotionally healthy. I attribute this to @lumos7pilates. I could go on for many more paragraphs. I've been part of many fitness communities as I've moved around the world in my life, and this is a place that feels like home.

I'm new to town from the DFW area where I had been taking Pilates at a large chain. I had no idea what I was missing. I have felt welcome at this small (and very beautiful) studio since the moment I walked in. I receive more personalized attention since the classes are much smaller. This is soooo important for proper form and getting the full benefit of the movement while avoiding injury. The quality of the teachers is very high here versus at the chain. Also - the package prices are more reasonable - at least coming from the DFW, TX market. Give Heidi and her team a try, you won't regret
