We are a full-service, primary care animal clinic providing a wide range of veterinary services for the pets you love.
Debbie is our "milestone" employee. She has been with WCAC for over 22 years! She became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 1996 from Cedar Valley and has been with us ever since. Throughout the years, Debbie has developed a large passion for Canine Behavior. She is our in-house specialist for behavior guidance ranging from new puppy arrivals to house-hold issues with an older dog.
Mikel has been with WCAC for 21 years! She is the Captain of our Receptionist Team and we are so thankful to have her as part of our team. She lives in Haltom City with her husband, Walker. Mikel has two daughters, Sara and Laura along with a mixed breed dog named Bindi. In her free time, Mikel is addicted to reading and loves to go swimming in the summer.

This is a long overdue review. We have been seeing Dr. Latimer and crew for almost four years now. In all my years of dog ownership, we have seen our share of vets due to moves- my oldest dog lived in 7 places in his first 10 years of life. Out of all of the vets we have had, Dr. Latimer is hands-down the best. We sought her out after another local vet handled two different medical issues very poorly, and we have never looked back. We have two geriatric dogs and two younger pups; Dr. Latimer and crew have cared for the younger pups since we adopted them, and even caught a potentially life-threatening

Dr.Camarse and her staff are great! I appreciate the patience and care that they showed to my baby Teddy. Due to his background as an abandoned stray, he has always exhibited a lot of anxiety, especially at the vet and groomers. This makes it impossible for anyone to get anywhere near him without Teddy becoming aggressive/defensive out of fear. Instead of showing frustration, Dr.Camarse showed compassion for Teddy's situation and had a clear plan to make sure he could get the care he needs. I am thankful for their empathetic and efficient care for my difficult patient and highly recommend them

I can't say how much I appreciate Dr. Roy and her team. My 2 yr old chihuahua was acting abnormally and in trying to get an appointment for a vet to see her, I couldn't...every facility I called was booked and "had no availability". I called Walnut Creek and they were booked up as well but the receptionist check with the doctor to see if there was any chance and they got me in when no one else could. Dr. Roy was thorough and so kind, checking all parts of my dog and insisting on a blood screen. The blood screen turned out to show elevated kidney and liver numbers, signaling the beginning stages

We had a wonderful first appointment here with Dr. Latimer. I appreciated the amount of time and patience she and her staff devoted to us and making sure we had a thorough evaluation of both dogs.
