I have been going to Northern Valley for about 10 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of frames to pick from. Your never feel like your rushed or under pressure to buy anything. The hours are very flexible and work for me. I live about 1/2 hour away and will travel the distance because I comfortable and know I will come out with exactly what I want.

My first experience was amazing. Purchased a nice frame for a reasonable price. Larry took time to explain some technical details regarding frame types and lens sizes. Then my frame broke and I was eligible for a free replacement under warranty. That is the good part.
Then I had to wait more than 1 month for my new frame, just because they forgot about me several times. I had to call at least 3 different times to follow up and remind them to do the next step. Such a disappointment.

Love my new glasses and the customer service there was amazing. In this time of COVID where safety is everything. I felt so comfortable there. Everyone had masks & where super nice. It was like a breath of fresh air. Kelly helped me pick out my glasses and I was very impressed with how she made me feel like I was family! I would definitely recommend anyone if you are in the market for glasses to go for sure.

The most unprofessional and appalling practice I have ever set foot in. To say that the office staff are rude would be an understatement. It's truly baffling how this practice manages to stay in business. Look elsewhere for your eye-care needs.

After having a negative experience at Closter Eye Care, I went across the street to get an eye exam. I called in advance to see Dr. Ross. After I had my eyes examined, they kindly directed me to their optical department. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who called an optician to assist me. Linda promptly arrived to greet me with a smile and subsequently helped me choose stylish frames and excellent lenses for my vision needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, amiable, and even helped me pick lenses that I absolutely adore, with no strings attached. Now I feel like a movie star! After
