Have taken numerous vehicles to this shop over the past couple of years. Always had good service, nice and very reliable work. Have not needed anything in at least 7 months. Called yesterday and received a quote for $59.99 for oil change AND tore rotation. My 20yr old daughter took her car i to get it done and the person, not going to refer to him as a gentlemen, Tom told her that it wld be $79.99! She explained that her mom, myself called yesterday and was quoted a price. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. My daughter even pointed out that on the WINDOW IT STATES $49.99 OIL CHANGE! He continued to be disrespectful

This place may be able to do a few things, but they do not even do most of them well. Avoid at all costs. Kelly was going to fix my 2000 Chevy Impala for me. He had possession of it for a couple months and I did not receive any notification from him. I went one time with another car and it was parked on the lot. The next time that I went, more than a month later, the car was not there. They played stupid about it. I went about a week later and it was still not there. I went there to get a smog check using there mail coupon, and all I got for 2 days was that the smog machine was out of order! COME ON REALLY!! They said to check back tomorrow (for a 3rd day). So I was done!...It was obvious they just did not want to honor the coupon, and it just was not worth there time $$ wise for the discount, I am pretty sure of it. Stay away from this place!! There are better and more professional places to go that will actually help you, not frustrate you! They just use the coupons to get you in there! Typical bait and switch!!

I took my blazer in for an oil change and the started a credit account in my name I didn't know they could do . It went from a simple 50 dollar service to over 5000 dollars I was like omg. I didn't know they could do that but please watch out for those people. After calling the police and arguing with the shop owner because my truck smelled like weed I was disappointed to know that there was nothing I could do . Be careful they will run up your tad.

I came here for a simple oil change but what I saw while I was waiting was atrocious. The man working the front counter was extremely rude. He would nickel and dime every single person coming in for concerns. The hourly labor rate is ridiculous and not on par with many other businesses in the area. Do not go here just because it is in a convenient location. You are getting ripped off and whoever it was that did my oil change had no idea what he was doing. He didn't tighten everything causing me to leak oil in my driveway so I had to fix it myself. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere

I went there to get my fluids (transmission, steering wheel, brake fluids ) change and when I checked at home, the fluids were still dark like if they never changed it. Took my car to a honest mechanic and to find out they never change my fluids on my car. It’s really disappointing that people can’t do their job and just rip off people. Be careful coming to this place and check your oils when you get home.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I'd give no stars if possible.
Went here on a Saturday morning for a routine smog. Completely empty no one else getting their car worked on but me. Took over 2hours FOR A SMOG with no wait. They blamed it on "calibration the state needed" think it would be faster to send over the information by pigeon mail. Had a coupon for a smog, but they add on extra unreasonable prices driving up the price. Will not come here again. Main older caucasian manager gives off con artist vibes. Don't trust him as far as I can throw him.

DISHONEST, CORRUPT and if you confront them for what they did wrong to your car the person that works there WILL PHYSICALLY PUSH YOU TO KICK YOU OUT OF THEIR DIRTY OFFICE THE WAY THEY DID TO ME AND MY WIFE!

I see by the review the guys are still up to the same things, took nieces car in for smog last year to these guys. Of course it failed, bad hose, air box tempered, and oil leak and wanted about $500 to fix. All BS, have worked on cars for years include pro race, so contacted California BAR, and took the car to the state referee in which it passed with flying colors. State referee and BAR agent both concurred that all three issues cited would not fail a smog. So in short if you want to keep your money in your pocket stay away from these guys.

These guys are scams. They opened a fraudulent loan in my name without my knowledge, they e-signed the loan on my behalf without my authorization. No one at this shop personally talked to me or verified that I'm aware that this is being done. They just went ahead and did a financing in my name to get their money. The car isn't mine, I've never been to this shop! And when I contacted them to notify them that this is a fraudulent loan and I was never aware of this, the guy very rudely dismissed me and told me to take him to court. I have filed a police report and opened up an investigation

Filed complaint with BAR who negotiated $90 settlement with Purrfect Auto.Turned it down since it covers the non-replaced parts only without the charge for non-rendered labor.
Reported the issue to credit card company. It investigated and then issued $195 credit refund which should cover the charges for both fictitious parts and labor.

My 2003 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4L developed some ignition/idling issues, probably related to falling spark plugs. I sent the car to Purrfect Auto Service #274 for diagnosis and repair on 02/14/2017.
