Could not have asked for a better office/staff! I've put off going to the dentist for 5+ years because of a bad experience I had with a dentist from out of state. The Parkcenter Smiles team have been nothing but comforting and understanding of my anxiety. They always make sure I am comfortable and make me feel so welcomed. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Highly recommend this office whether you have anxiety of the dentist or not.

I look forward to going to the dentist because I know I am receiving treatment from a team that cares. From my first visit, walking in cheers me up when Annette joyful greats me and genuinely engages with me. I have always been promptly greeted by treatment staff and rarely wait in the lobby to be seen to my room. Charlene is my hygienist and I enjoy seeing her because she discusses my treatment with me as she works; she also reviews where my oral health was at last visit and how I can improve my gum health overall. Stefanie has always been my assistant to the doctor for more detailed treatment

I will recommend Parkcenter Smiles and Dr. Mooney to absolutely anyone. They have gone out of their way multiple times to accommodate me and I always feel like such a priority here. I’m always met with kindness, empathy, and I genuinely feel like they care about me. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Mooney and her team. Do yourself a favor and become a patient!

Great caring & professional dentist. Dental cleanings are thorough and painless and my first crown was a breeze. Dr. Mooney even called in the evening to check in on how I was feeling. 40 years of dental visits and have never had that happen. She and her staff genuinely care about you and your dental health and happiness. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Parkcenter Smiles! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I never felt afraid to ask questions or reach out when unsure about my teeth. I got clear braces through them and had a seamless experience. I recommend them to all of my friends looking for a new, welcoming, dentist office!

Parkcenter Smiles is a first class dental practice that offers dental expertise, caring staff, a friendly atmosphere that puts patients completely at ease through listening to symptoms and respectful interaction with the patient. Still searching for a trustworthy dentist to refer others to and for myself. "Feels" like I've visited or checked out every dental practice in the Treasure Valley -- but have not.
There is no dentist, yet, that over time I would give 5 stars, but Dr. Rosanne Mooney comes close and is the only one (so far) that I feel compelled to give a Google review because I WANT to.
Over almost a year (until work moved far away from her location) I experienced Dr. Mooney as so tender and caring. That says it all. Her Dental Hygienist team was a reflection of her caring and commitment to keep the patient in

Above and Beyond! Over the last couple of years I've been to Parkcenter Smiles for a variety of reasons...checkups, cleaning, etc. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and inviting, and the most important reason... they are highly qualified. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Roseann came in on a Saturday to "fix my face." The level of thankfulness and appreciation I have for Dr. Roseann and staff is somewhere over the moon.

Unfortunately, there are a few [fairly minor] factors which have lead to my decision to get established with another provider.
I just moved to the area from Meridian so I wanted to get established with a provider near home and/or work. I chose this clinic based on location, availability, and positive reviews. As the reviews mention, the clinic is easy to find, scheduling is easy, and staff are kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
As for my first and last visit, the front desk was welcoming and informative over the phone regarding scheduling and paperwork to complete before my appointment. I was
