Our dentists have been serving patients in the Boise area for over 40 years. Our goal is to treat you like family, listen to your needs, and provide exceptional dental care in a compassionate way. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but these guys are fantastic. They were super friendly and encouraging to our daughters and made the whole process fun for them.
I have been coming into this location for many many years they have always taken great care of my dental needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love these people! My whole family has been going there for years and I just recently started upon their advice. I have had such pleasant care and service from everyone at Parkway.

I have been a patient here for several years. Every June my dental insurance renews, I make an appointment, Dr Gray does his thing until the money is gone, and we say goodbye until next year. This has gone on for several years to the tune of around 10 thousand dollars. Today I called to make an appointment and was told that I had been sent to collection for $170. I've always paid my balance due, in full, before leaving his office so I was surprised by this. When I asked how, I was told it was a balance unpaid by my insurance from August of 2020. Do I question whether or not I owe the money? No

Not impressed with scheduling! I drove an hour to get to my appointment. Aa I pulled into the parking lot I received a text to reschedule my appointment. There was no emergency or some feeling ill. The office made mistake and didn’t have me on the schedule. Get together people! I am seriously going to look for new dental care. This not acceptable!!! You could have at least called me when you opened this morning.

Wow was I impressed!! Honestly it has been a while since my last dentist visit and this team not only made me feel super welcome but their whole process and way they treat the patient are just amazing! I was terrified to make an appointment because my last dentist always made me feel so guilty when I couldn’t get in for regular cleanings, not the case here! They understood and took the time to explain everything in a kind and helpful way! So happy I found this gem! Mary and Sheri were amazing and friendly, and Dr. French was gentle and reassuring!

This office is amazing! It was my first time to the dentist in a long time and they made me feel comfortable and explained to me what needed to be done and were able to begin some of the dental work the same day, I worked with Dr. Spencer, Chelsea and Katie and they were amazing! I will definitely be returning to this office!

I'm glad I discovered this dentist office. Dr French is very caring and explains everything that is going to happen. His assistant Christina is also very good. They are a great team and work very well together! I have been telling my family and friends that if they need a dentist, go see Dr French. He is great!

I’ve always had a lot of anxiety associated with visiting a dentist office. However this is not the case with here! Switching the Parkway Dental was one of the best choices I made. The office staff was amazing, the dental assistant was very personable, kind and attentive, the dental hygienist was very sweet and made sure to help inform and encourage me as well as being very personable. Dr. Tyson Gray is also absolutely amazing! He was so kind, informative and attentive. We don’t have insurance and paid all out of pocket. The staff made sure the inform us of the cost of each procedure before

I recently went to Parkway Dental and was surprisingly impressed with my visit. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and was a bit worried. My Dental Hygienist, Mary, was the best and gave the best care! She was friendly, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She was a wealth of information. She let me know what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what she was looking for or at every step of the way. I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with my experience at Parkway. Best visit to the dentist in years!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist office

Dr. Tyson Gray and his staff were wonderful. I recently switched to Parkway Dental after a change in insurance carriers. I appreciate the paperwork being made available online before my first visit the office staff confirming my insurance before arriving. Additionally, the staff actually listened to me during the visit, there were no lectures about flossing or attempts to sell me products offered by the practice. They were just friendly, professional and made the visit easy. I will definitely be going back for cleaning and other services.
