Services
Autumn Pointe has three levels of assisted care to choose from at a clean and comfortable assisted living center. We can help you choose the level of assisted living care that is right for you, and we will also make suggestions when we think that care level needs adjusted. Together, with you, we will come up with a plan to help with daily activities in order to help you keep a certain level of independence for as long as possible.
Autumn Pointe is located on a quiet country setting. Our picturesque surroundings encourage residents to get outdoors and take advantage of our walking path, or sit on the porch and enjoy the view with some fresh air. Our indoor environment is designed for relaxing and socializing in several different common areas including a beauty/barber shop, library, coffee shop, chapel and activity room.
We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, family atmosphere at Autumn Pointe. Many of our staff and residents were raised in the area and have lived here for many years. Autumn Pointe is an extension of the home life our residents are used to, allowing them to stay in the same small community among the friends and family they're familiar with.
Tammy Woodard is the Executive Director at Autumn Pointe. With more than 27 years of experience Working in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing, Tammy has always enjoyed working with seniors and has a passion for serving the residents of Autumn Pointe. The unofficial "ambassador" to Autumn Pointe, Ellanora is quick to introduce herself to new residents and help make them feel at home as quickly as possible.
