This is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. Savannah has been amazing and is a great communicator. Maintenance is on top of it. It’s been slightly slower for issues to be resolved, but that’s due to covid and they still get the job done and follow up to see how the experience went. I’m not sure if this is just a Greenhaven thing or a Lincoln property management thing, but I will specifically look for apartments owned by Lincoln if I need an apartment again in the future.

Greenhaven has been a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for almost three years and it is a great community to be part of. There are lots of community events to get to know your neighbors and the area is very well kept. The maintenance workers are always doing something to improve the area. Greenhaven is also in a perfect location. Walking distance to chick-fil-a and target as well as a short five minute drive to downtown Franklin. I have truly enjoyed living here.

I am not a resident here but I am a leaving a review due to the poor customer service which they have. I have been calling the office for 3 days now and I have not gotten to anyone. Left a voicemail too but no one responded. Have been speaking to a Mary who is a leasing agent over there through email to set up a virtual tour of the place and on the day and time of the tour, nobody has contacted me. I mean I feel like that should say a lot about the place and I can only imagine if I was a resident already and needed some assistance.

I have lived in three different apartment communities in the Nashville area and this is the only one I have lived in worthy of being called a "community". The people who live here are wonderful, friendly, and fun. The staff is in a league of its own! The maintenance guys are fantastic and always professional. The manager, assistant manager, and leasing agents are superb as well... They consistently go above and beyond what is expected. Not only do they do their jobs well but they are personable and friendly as well. 5 stars all around
