I’ve technically lived here for two years (one with a roommate in a two bedroom & one solo). As someone who is very picky on apartments this has been my fav. Complex ever. The views, quietness, & other residents have been great. It’s made looking at other places hard due to never having anything break, or maintenance being hard to have come when needed. The views though are probably my favorite part.

"This community is extremely peaceful, beautiful and well-kept. We have a great view of the golf course and surrounding hills from our apartment. The community offers spacious, well-furnished and inviting community areas and amenities, and a great pool! I feel we are living at a resort! Kevin Marcus and the entire Leasing Office staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. It could not be better located to shopping, restaurants, and schools.

We are proud to call Iron Horse home in Franklin, TN! The complex and apartment is everything we hoped it would be and the help from Kevin Marcus in the front office made the process as seamless as possible. We are thrilled to be so close to activities in downtown Franklin as well as in downtown Nashville.

We love living at Retreat at Iron Horse. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and everyone I have met is so friendly. The apartments are well built and as quiet as could possibly be expected in an apartment building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had 2 minor maintenance request and they were tended to in a very quick manner, within a couple of hours of request.. Brandy fixed both things in minutes and was super friendly. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

They don’t communicate well. We had a huge sprinkler system leak in our building. They fixed it but then discovered they had no radon filtration system and hid so much information about the testing while they were installing the systems. (As in, they lied about no testing done, and then didn’t share results with anyone) I don’t know that, in good conscious, I could suggest this place for anyone. And they aren’t really willing to work with you, when for the sake of your family’s health in regards to radon, you would like to leave.
