I sent an email a few weeks ago asking about prices for a 3bed/2bath because is not listed at the website. They "replied" two days ago saying I should check on the website) which is from where I sent the email). I told I did it and they sent me the price for 1bed/1bath. I asked again about the price for 3bed because I was interested for an apartment (next year) and didn't even specify the date. They replied again the price will show on the website when an apartment is available. Every other apartment building in the area has replied those questions in a friendly manner even if they are not posted

Jason Watkins is the Property Manager at The Whitney in Franklin, Tennessee, and his sidekick, Tim, is the Onsite Maintenance Professional. Both deserve 5-Stars. I received only 30 days notice that I had to leave the historic home of 3900 square feet that my me, my wife, and 6 children had lived in for 9 years (3 have gone off to college). In order to stay in the city near my children's schools, I had to be willing to downsize and move fast. Every 4-bedroom or 3-bedroom property posted that I would find would be occupied sometimes within minutes of being posted. I contacted Jason on a Thursday

We can’t say enough about how helpful and considerate Randy and Tailor were this week while we where in route to our new apartment. It’s the first time In my life I have gotten an apartment without actually seeing it in person and doing everything by the Internet and phone. We had asked for measurements for the room and we’re given them in a very timely manner for us to figure out what we could bring and not bring with us. We anticipated being able to get to the apartment before closing time from out of state but the highway was shut down which delayed us along with storms coming in tornado

JASON is all I can say (yell)!! Jason is the most professional, caring, thorough person who goes above and beyond ALL the time. He always has a big smile on his face and you can even hear his smile through the phone when he answers 'Hello..Hello'! I have never met someone who treats EVERYONE the way he does.
