Dana and her team have been fantastic to work with. Bottom line they get the job done. My previous Property Manager would let my property sit un-rented for months. With Barnhill PM, I don't have to worry because my property is always rented and well maintained. Our rental home is out of our state, so we were concerned about getting a good property manager especially since we've had problems in the past with them.

We have used Barnhill as a property management company until recently. The last tenants left our home in shambles. They refused to fix items saying it was because our home was "old". Some of the items that were damaged is all the light fixtures were removed, outlet covers were missing, a window in the garage was broken, and more. I sent multiple emails and was told by the owner herself that no one cared, it was on deaf ears. I understand it was a rental property but it was still our home. Oh, and we live out of state so we only could depend on them to let us know what needed fixing etc. We only

Be very mindful of what they say and what's in the contract. I think my experience would have been better if expectations were clearer. Our house was not taken care of by the renter and it was scary as a first time renter (had to move out of state before we could sell) to have it returned in such shape. I consider a management company as eyes on, but the price was good and overall, the few $1000s in damages was all I was left with and the house was repairable.

Aviod this so called mgt company, in 11 months they managed to divert 31% of my rental income to themselves and some mystery repair poeple. We are currently speaking to an attorney on this matter. I will just say for now some VERY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. AS WELL AS MYSTERY REPAIRS THAT NEVER ACTUALLY GOT DONE BUT STILL WERE BILLED TO ME???

I have had nothing best the best experience with BHPM! I have rented with them for over 3 years! Dana and her team really know what they are doing! I would recommend them to anyone, whether they need someone to manage their property, or if tenants are looking for a new property!
