Franz and the company Loe are awesome and they SINCERELY care about the service they provide. From getting us into a house last minute, service calls, and working with us when we decided to move early (due to certain circumstances) these guys absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to these guys and I can’t ever thank them enough for making our move to Albuquerque as seamless and stress free as possible!

We rented with LOE for 3 years and they were by far my best landlord. Quick to get issued with the house resolved and were always very responsive to any questions or concerns we might have. We also go a really fair cleaning deposit return. I highly recommend renting from them!

I lived at el hachero for about 2 years,the process of moving in was easy and fast. living in this home never had a complaint from neighbors nor the real estate company. as far as the home its a small two bedroom one bath not a lot of space but it was home, its an old home so not very good at keep home warm unless you have the heater on high at times. quiet neighborhood never had to worry about leaving my cars out or tools out. the yard is quite a job weed season was no joke. being a co owner of a lawn and maintenance company i made sure to stay on top of all duties weeds, trimming making sure

I reviewed LOE property maintenance about a year ago, a little after our move in. I was upset with how the house maintenance was performed, but was quite harsh in response to an isolated incident. Since that one time, Franz was prompt with getting any repairs done, and did work with us in regards to finding a more affordable living option once our lease was up. At move out, we thoroughly cleaned the house, touched up paint where it was needed, and were given adequate time to turn in keys as well. 3 weeks from turning in the keys, we received our full deposit back. If there was a way to give this management company zero stars, I would. The property we moved into had lots of damage and when we asked them about fixing it, they stated that the majority of the issues were cosmetic only and would not be fixed. Things like sinks and screens would be replaced or fixed, and that a maintenance man would be out at 8 am on Saturday to do the repairs; 10:45, still no repairman. It was up to us to call this repair man to figure out where he was or why he wasn't here. Very poor coordination on the part of the property management company. If WE have to manage the property

Franz / LOE Property Management has been managing my 2 rental properties for over 2 years and doing a fantastic job. I never have to worry about the rent being collected and the residents having their problems fixed. I have had major and minor problems that needed to be fixed at my properties, and they were all handled timely and in a cost effective manor. When it was time to find new renters, this happened a lot quicker than I expected at a rental price I was happy with.
