Pam is a California native, but has resided in New Mexico for the last 25 years. She is currently the operations director and a licensed associate broker here at Rhino. She has 35 years of experience in business and has owned and operated a commercial janitorial company. She also has great experience in managing, as she has done so previously at hotels, restaurants, and night clubs.

DONT PUT IN A MAINTENANCE REQUEST they will charge you $100.00 and then ignore you for months when you try to inquire about why you were charged. I have lived in my residence for nearly 2 years and have seen multiple apartments being broken into, destroyed by residents and every time I've tried to report this to management its met with an automated message or if I am able to get a hold of someone it's a very nonchalant attitude. I was recently charged 100$ for putting in a maintenance request in over the summer for my swamp cooler. I went about my life, a couple months later I saw Rhino had charged

Unable to get a hold of anybody for multiple days. Finally scheduled a viewing just to get a response and questions answered but only received an email with a phone number that was never answered and emails left unresponsive. Showed up to the viewing to ask my questions and the “broker” was very awkward. He didn’t show us around and wouldn’t even make eye contact while answering our questions. All the answers he provided were very vague and not helpful. I think we dodged a bullet by choosing to go a different route.

Had a showing as I arrived saw a guy Chris speaking with a worker doing landscaping. So I approached him and told him About showing of apartment, he said I'll show it's not on my schedule, but I'll show you anyways.. Asked a couple questions then got keys and showed me apartment. Answered all my question showed me the beautiful apartment very knowledgeable of what I asked. Gave me a card and told me about the process. Very nice guy overall I rate him 5 plus stars if possible. Thank you
