Extremely dissatisfied. I dropped off several pieces to be cleaned including a brand new pair of linen pants that I wanted cuffed. They charged an additional $10 to cuff the pants, which I needed for my trip. I asked if I could have them by Thursday, 5 days away, I fly out Friday morning. Thursday evening i go to pick up my clothes, not ready the presser didn’t come in, told me to come back the next day, I explained I was leaving. 2 weeks later I go pick up my clothes, my slacks was not pressed properly for whatever reason they took the crease out. I explained to the man this is my second time
