Computer not working properly. Print comes up very large although not on this page. I don't know how to do that. Have also had trouble with scrolling. Very expensive and computer not working properly. Paid for nothing.

After 1.5 months and 4 scheduled and then canceled appointments (DAY OFF) to have my
computer fixed, I finally contested the charge on my credit card and bought a new computer. Don’t waste your time because this was a colossal waste of mine.

The first time I took my iPad out of the case to wipe it down, the screen slid off and cracked when I put it back in the case. I have to press on the screen a little but to slide it into the type of case we have and the glass slid off the iPad. I texted him what happened and saying I was extremely disappointed and he texted back “did you drop it?” Which I very clearly stated no. I should be able to pop my iPad in and out of its case without the glass screen sliding off. I never had this issue before the screen was replaced. Beyond disappointed in the quality as well as the customer service
