I met Mark at a Chamber of Commerce event last fall as I was starting my new job. Fast forward six months and fortunately I still had his business card. One of my store managers has had repeated problems with her computer and printer and Mark was able to take care of all the problems at a very reasonable price. His professionalism, customer service, and follow up are second to none.
