STAY AWAY...do more research and read Google Reviews, because you do not want to waste your time or money!
The receptionist is very rude and was very condescending. She was not helpful at all and gave off very racist vibes with her comments

This company told me they would deliver a walker on friday, between 10-6.
October 1.
they called at 422 and told me they would not be able to deliver.
Belinda said the next delivery date was 10-7-2021.
Reason: they don't have enough drivers to deliver on time.
By calling at 422, they made it impossible to get a reference for another company.
I am going to have to drive a half an hour, to go pick this walker up.
So, wasted Friday, no walker for the weekend, canceled plans.
Don't EVER let your doctor refer you to this lying, bad business, POS company

My Doctor put in an order for compression stockings for My VARICOSE VEINS in March 2021. My Insurance DOES pay for Compression Stockings for VARICOSE Veins. These people that work at Deluxe Medical Supply kept saying that the insurance only pays for compression stockings for Open Wounds and Ulcers. This place needs to be shut down and cited for Violations. Do Not go here for any reason. My Doctor sent the order for Compression stockings for VARICOSE Veins to a valid Business and my Insurance will pay for my Compression Stockings at this Reputable Business.

Tony assisted me today. He was professional, thorough, and very kind. He called several times to check in and even offered other options. I explained to him I needed a machine sooner and was on a time crunch. He was so nice that he even took an earlier lunch so that he could meet with me. Excellent customer service! Awful customer service. The representative on the phone did not know any answers to the questions I had. She had to put me on hold three or four times. Then she finally said she would transfer me to a "compression specialist." I almost hung up but the specialist answered. She answered with a hi to which I proceeded to answer hi. Then she said yes and I answered yes. Then she proceeded to say hello at which point I said I was transferred and she said oh OK hold on and she put me on hold. That's when I had enough and I hung up. Where is the knowledge? Where is the professionalism?

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all they are super slow so I requested a walker for my grandma the doc send the document over and they needed additional info so they send it back on the 6th and 8th of April and then they got the information after couple days waiting for the manager to review it so she did couple days after and now it’s the 20th wanted someone else to review it and I don’t know how long that’s gonna take god knows a week from now 2 weeks I don’t know.

Basically, if an elderly person with Medicare is in need of a mobile device this is not the place. The company is not set up to assist this type of client. They do accept Medicare patients (government money) but do not have a way to communicate what is needed to the necessary parties.
Our case was a 2 wheel walker for an 87 year old. Due to balance issues and recent falls, the doctor determined that this item was medically necessary for her to continue to live on her own. We had a wheelchair delivered for my mom before she had turned 65. I am her caretaker and she needs lots of help. At one point Deluxe medical group sent my mom a bill. We had to fight this as the lack of communication from Deluxe was far and few between. Also when talking to them on the phone they were short and have very bad attitudes with my mom. So she ended up sending them a check and they ended up sending it back to her because they got approval from my moms insurance. After some time my mom turned 65 and everything changed for her insurance. Deluxe just showed up unannounced at our door

A minus 1 would be better!!!!! If you are a senior looking for help RUN AWAY FROM THEM ASAP!!!!!! They do not tell the truth at all and are very incompetent!!! They said Medicare does not cover Rollator walkers and this a lie. I confirmed that with Medicare. Then after the fact they tell you they do not contract with your supplemental insurance. They certainly do not help us old folks.

Most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!! I'm supposed to be getting a compression pump. They called me and said "they had an authorization from my insurance and needed to schedule a delivary date and time". When I called back to schedule they said I had to come in and get measured. They wouldn't accept the measurements from my physical therapist who is a specialist in my condition. I went in and was measured by a woman that made me disrobe in the middle of the waiting room in front of the windows, the other custmers waiting, and the delivary men bringing in supplies

STAY AWAY from this uncaring INCOMPETENT supplier. It’s been almost a year (!), going back and forth between them and the doctor’s office trying to get a walker for my 93 yr old mother. Gave up!!! They give a different reason every time for not fulfilling the order. Called doctor’s office and requested another supplier.

So, just got crutches delivered after I don't need them any longer and the boot that I've needed for a week is another week out. They have been rude and unhelpful and their processes are inefficient if indeed they have been truthful with me at all. I wish my doctor had never ordered these for me. I could have bought a boot myself anywhere a week ago.

I had the worst experience trying to get supplies for my father who is 84 years old. He got approved for incontinence supplies from this company since January 2019. It was just back and forth with them telling me I needed to wait for them to talk to the insurance or to the doctor because the size was wrong, then because it was the wrong kind of supplies. I kept waiting for a response, but they never call you back. Finally in April 2019, I spoke to Marina x823, and although it was hard to understand her, she was polite and said she would take care of it personally and let me know what was happening

Do not go here horrible customer service staff if beyond rude and incompetent i waited patiently over a hour and 45 min for my moms post op boot, the staff could not read providers name so she could not issue. I asked her if she could she call urgent care and get info even though she wanted me to leave and have them rewrite the prescrption. After she did she then proceeded to ask irrelevant questions i had to say “woman ask them for physicians npi simple that all you need” after waiting i called myself and got the info then after she received it i waited 15 more minutes for her to find billing

It is SAD that some of you may "HAVE" to use them because of your insurance...
I have a medical condition that requires me to wear a custom fitted compression garment, I have had this for over 18yrs and am very familiar with the process. My insurance now only accepts claims though Deluxe Medical Supply or a place in Long Beach, so of course I had to come here for a fitting. Now to prepare for this fitting I had to go to my OT, get messages, and be wrapped in a multi-layer compression bandage for 22 hr a day for 3 days (This is not only ugly, and time consuming, but also very uncomfortable
