We've been dealing with Apria for over a week now trying to get an electric hospital bed and knee scooter for my husband who's having leg surgery tomorrow and needless to say, it's been a horrendous experience dealing with their incompetence. Canceled our order with them after the 5th time they asked us my husband's height and weight! Thanks to a very reliable source, we called Eric and he was able to take our order and get us our (brand new) bed in less than 2hrs!!

I've been here several times throughout the past few months to purchase face masks. Staff is ALWAYS super helpful and kind. They have a wide variety of medical supplies and are always stocked with masks. Also, they have the cheapest price per mask that I know of in SD county. $1 per 3 ply, surgical mask and a box of 50 for $39.

Fabulous place. I arrived about 30 minutes before they opened. I was sitting in my car playing on my phone when a gentleman knocked on my window. It was the employee of Eric's. It was now 20 minutes before time for them to open. He OPENED early for me! I was perfectly content to wait, but he stated there was no reason for him not to open for me. How wonderful. I got what I needed and was on my way. This place is very clean and has a lot of supplies for those who may need any type of aid. I highly recommend this place.

For the last several years when we come in to town to visit my Mother-in-law, who is in her late 70's, we have rented a wheelchair. It makes getting out and about so much easier for her. She can walk but not very fast or very long. When we have the chair we are able to whip around town and get her out of the house more. We have been to the zoo and the wildlife park and many other places that would be very difficult for her to go if we could not get a wheelchair for her.
Eric's is super easy to rent from. Their equipment is in top shape. I have rented wheelchairs
