I couldn’t recommend Advanced Medical Supply in La Mesa enough!! Everyone we spoke to was absolutely wonderful. My grandfather had hip surgery and requested a trapeze bar at home to help him in bed. I called them around noon to see what was available and by 4pm it was already delivered and installed (for no extra cost)! For certain items they offer a rental option which is great if you want to test something out before you buy it in full. The man who installed the bar was incredibly helpful and even offered to come back if we ever need to adjust the trapeze bar or switch it out for a heavy duty

My partner's walker had a really loose wheel that needed to be replaced. When I called, they said come in anytime in the morning to fix it! They were seriously so kind and quick. In and out of there within minutes. Couldn't be happier that my partner is stable walking again! Thank you guys!

I needed a hospital bed for my mother who what having a very hard time getting in and out of bed. We worked with her doctor for a prescription, who then pointed us to Advance Medical Supply. The office staff (Blanca in particular), was so incredibly helpful. She helped us find the right option and all the accessories that we needed. We did this all over the phone, and within 2 days had everything delivered and set up in the home. The installation guys were fantastic as well. WORST medical supply store! My 4 year old broke her leg and I had a prescription from our insurance to get a wheel chair and crutches. Took them 5 days to even process my order and it's been 4 weeks and still have not heard from them on when we can expect the wheel chair or crutches. Incompetent, unethical, and unprofessional. Do NOT recommend!!

Advance medical supply is a superior company. Blanca , Adriana and Azhar are great .

The people that works at advance medical services are very responsible, courteous and fast problam resolvers, especially Blanca works fast the paperwork and the technician Azham. Thank you guys.

Just had knee replacement surgery. My Work Comp denied a CPM machine. I called one other place and they wanted $308 for.a 21 day rental. When they where advertised online for $16/day but they didn't say there was a min when I wanted 2 weeks. ADVaNCed Medical supply where nice and friendly, I saw on the website $140 for two or three weeks? They said $140 for either and they could deliver that night. I was in pain and he was gentle, patient and nice setting me up on the machine. And they also didn't ask for a $500 deposit. Great Company!!! Followed up two days later to see how they machine

I was told yesterday that I would be able to have a wheelchair delivered today or that I could pick it up the same day. Since my daughter was trying to get back to school as soon as possible post surgery, I elected to go pick it up. Upon arrival, I was told that the technician was out so the chair would be delivered the next day. There was a slight chance of being delivered later in the day (yesterday), but that they would call and let me know regardless. No phone call, no wheelchair. I don't know where my insurance is getting these companies from. First place I was sent was no longer in business

Customer lobby is used as storage. The customer has to remember and remind them when recurring supplies are due.

I used to deal with advance medical supply since 8 years, the staff always very friendly and I didn't face any problems or delays in delivery of my C pap machines & semi-annual accessories, they are my # 1 choice when I look for medical supplies as they always provide me with very good quality stuff.

Great, Caring Service. These people not only deliver the equipment, but they go above and beyond to make sure that you know how to properly utilize it. I needed mine right away, and Bless them, they delivered it at 7:29 PM so I would not go without what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about them.

They are suppose to suppley me with c pap supplys so far in about 6 calls today no answer,answering machine message with no name of who they are , hung up on or a message so garbled you can not understand I am thinking it will be a miracle to ever get my supplys from them.gave them 1 star only because you had to to post .so far they are below zero stars

To whom it may concern...I am writing this Review to let people know that Advanced Medical Supply is the most Incompetent and Frustrating Motorized Wheelchair Vendor for a Disabled Person in need of Liberty, Freedom and just Joy should turn to. I've been waiting for my Chair for Months.

It's gotten so bad that I had to Request another Employee to be Present when I finally receive it!!!!
The icing on the cake is when I called to ask if an Employee could please email me Pictures of my Chair Today just to Ensure that my waiting in vain for 6 months was coming to an end... Said Employee

I want to thank the people at advanced Medical supply, for getting me the CPAP machine today!! I needed it urgently, so I could have my surgery in 2 weeks. Calls were made today to rush my order, I was called for appointment for 1:30 & received my machine. Thank u again!!

AMAZING SERVICE! My 91-year old father fell and was in pain so we needed an arm sling ASAP. We were referred to this place by the pharmacist Bassam in Dr Dominguez's building and we're so glad to find it. Not only did they bill the insurance quickly but they fit (Azar) my dad in the sling properly and showed us how to do it, something I could not have figured out on my own. It even came with a pillow to rest his arm on and a ball to exercise his hand!
We were blown away by the service and the kindness of these people. Thank you!!

I wish I could rate this place zero stars!! I have spent over 6 months trying to get my wheelchair from them, and it has been NOTHING but mistakes & false promises to fix those mistakes.

first, it took 3 1/2 months to get a manual wheelchair. Why?? I wasn't given any choice other than the finish of my wheelchair; every choice was decided for me "based on my needs". Long story short, my wheelchair is way too HUGE (I can't even fit through doorways - it's like 5 inches too wide). It also came assembled incorrectly with the arms on backwards, a wheel loose, no seatbelt

Terrible customer service. All the years I’ve went here This place is about one thing. quantity not Quality. Don’t waste your time these people work for you not the other way around!

On top of having great customer service, Advance Medical Supply works with several different types of insurances. They can even deliver to your home! They have just about everything you could need, from wheelchairs to CPAP machines! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for durable medical equipment.

I highly recommend Advance Medical supply to anyone.They are professional,efficient,and will deliver if necessary. They delivered to my mom any supplies she needed and they gave us discount when insurance did not pay.

Encounter great customer service from AMS when I had to get a wheel chair and crutches for my 14yo son to use when he had a broken ankle. They made the process quick and easy.

Avoid this company at all cost. I am wheelchair bound and have been referred by my doctor to this company for wheelchair parts and fixtures for its proximity to my home I suppose. Everything takes so long to process and move along. It has been a week since a tech came out to evaluate my wc and still no report has been submitted to my insurances for approval. I call and they let me know the tech might have to come out again because they don't have record of him coming out. It's very frustrating all of this, for a person who relies on their wheelchair being mobile for everyday life activities
