I purchased a lift recliner for my mother here and had a great experience with Danny and his team. From start to finish, the customer service was great. We took a long time to make our decision, involving lots of measuring and sitting in various chairs. Danny was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions over a period of 4 weeks. He also communicated very well during the long wait from the manufacturer. Once the chair arrived at the store, the delivery was super fast, and the tech was friendly and professional. We have had some minor issues with the chair that required some troubleshooting

Advanced Medical has been a lifesaver for us during a difficult time. They have been kind, patient, persistent with doctors and Medicare, and basically been the easiest part of this whole process in getting care for Mom. I highly recommend this company and want to thank Mahle in particular for her stellar customer service. We were in desperate need of a hospital bed, walker and hospital table. They delivered very quickly with short notice. Amazing!

My baby is getting a medical device made through this company and was fitted before the holidays. Great! We left for 3 weeks and I figure, these things take time to authorize,order, etc etc etc. upon returning after the new year, I was told the authorization went through right as the New Years started. I was Like yeah! We should have it in another 3 weeks or so. Except this company waited 3 weeks to even check to see if the authorization went through!! So now instead of it possibly Being finished it is just being started. Disappointing. I learned a valuable lesson in making sure I follow up with

On Friday, we found out that my dad was being released from the hospital on Saturday. We needed to rent a hospital bed so I called Advanced Medical. I spoke with Danny. He was so considerate and accommodating on the phone. He went above and beyond for us. We were able to get the bed in time for dad to come home. Danny delivered it on time, and set it up with no problems. Thank you for helping us during this difficult time! I would definitely recommend Advanced Medical.

Just had another great experience with Advanced medical, after previously buying a power recliner from them I knew that they were the place to go when my mother needed a new walker. The inexpensive "drug store" type walkers just don't work well out side, every time my mother attempted to go over any kind of bump or joint the walker would jolt to a stop. I explained the problem to Mahle and she knew exactly what she needed, a large wheel euro walker and they even had it in stock in different colors. I told Mahle that she needed to carry oxygen too and she ordered a carrier that she knew was available

While Advanced Medical (aka Mobility Pro) might be fine for procuring basic, off-the-shelf wheelchairs, Danny, Molly and the rest of the crew (except Andrew) fail miserably in exhibiting the process knowledge, customer focus AND follow-through you need in a power wheelchair dealer. I mean really . . . if a company isn't able to quickly and efficiently procure a power wheelchair on your behalf, how are they ever going to support you when your wheelchair won't power up, OR you need a new battery or other vital support? So yeah. Methinks not . . .

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from advanced medical supply and have been very satisfied with the equipment and the service that I get from my rep Andrew. I purchased a wheelchair, shower chair, standing frame and other equipment and whenever I need parts or replacement items Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them! Especially if you are a wheelchair user like I am.

My experience with Advanced Medical Supply has always been positive. Everyone there has always been kind, courteous and respectful to me, and any wheelchair repairs I needed were always treated with respect and done in a relatively timely manner.
Furthermore, everyone there seems very knowledgeable about the products they sell, the business is clean an well kept, and they have a pretty good selection of wheelchairs and other medical equipment in their showroom.

It is so rare to find a business that go's above and beyond and treats the customer as they would like to be treated. Mom is unable to walk and depends completely on her wheelchair to have independence. Danny and Molly were ALWAYS kind, caring, knowledgable, not rushed, honest and reliable.
There are other medical supply places in north San Diego and I've tried them all. Advantage Medical Supply is in a class by their self. The others don't even come close.
Again, I couldn't be happier with Advantage Medical and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them
