They moved me into a disgusting unit. Full of insects, roaches, ants, etc...This is after I repeatedly asked if the unit was a clean unit (which they confirmed it was clean). Pest control took weeks to show up after requesting them from the office. The room they assigned me had hair and dust everywhere and a broken chair upon arrival. They charged me for the broken chair after moving out even though I put in a maintenance request that they never tended to. They literally said they didn't have anymore chairs. The unit they moved me into hadn't been cleaned since their move in date upon

I've had two sons live there since the day they opened their doors (Fall 2016) until just this past July 31, 2020. WARNING: keep meticulous records of ALL communications with Midtown SH Management (hopefully, their new management is better!). There are way too many mistakes and unnecessary harassment to list here, just beware that you cannot trust them to do the right thing or to correct their mistakes! Good Luck!

I love the staff at midtown but one person. A worker named Jenna has constantly made many residents uncomfortable by being very rude. She is not nice, constantly gives mean looks to the residents. She has never greeted me nor my roomates with a smile, only a harsh rolling of the eyes. She never helps, seems lazy to me. I've heard this from old residents to people that have just came in. She needs to be fired.
