We were coming up on our 1 year anniversary in our new home and wanted to make sure our builder would fix any issues. Hiring a professional home inspector was the best way for us to determine things needing to be addressed. We scheduled this 2 months in advance. Artie showed up on time, did a thorough investigation and produced 2 comprehensive reports. We were very pleased with the entire process.

When my insurance company needed a 4 Point Inspection I called The Village Home Inspector. Artie came to do the inspection on the date and time of the appointment. Artie was awesome, he was referred by our insurance agent. Punctual, Professional and knowledgeable! He makes it look easy, but we know there is a lot of report time and procedures to complete once you leave our home. We were able to save $600.00 on our annual premium due his findings.
