Neal Development Group delivers construction Loan Monitoring (CLM) Services that assess construction projects from pre-construction through job completion. We monitor construction loans on behalf of lenders. The lender hires Neal Development Group as a third party inspector to verify the contractor's request for payment.
Phase 2 is for block construction. The block, window layout and a pre-inspection of the lintel and block cells are inspected. Re-Bar connections, proper size steel and proper stationing of poured cells are checked. It is also for Pre-drywall Re-Bar. Phase 3 is performed following the installation of framing, plumbing and electrical rough-in and just prior to the placement of insulation and drywall.
One very important step in properly diagnosing a potential mold or indoor air quality problem is always to inquire by phone and in person of any current or past problem conditions, such as but not limited to the following: humidity or condensation problems, moldy odors, past or present roof leaks, plumbing leaks, or any visible mold observed.

Don’t waste your money.
By some miracle we had a perfect - zero findings - new construction inspection report. Following the inspection we found several very obvious problems. Additionally, after expressing our disappointment in the quality of the “inspection”, we have yet to receive any refund or even an apology after a month. Phone calls are handled rudely as if you’re being bothersome.
You are *literally* better off doing your own inspection.
What the owner wrote in response isn’t true. The punch list was created days after Neal development groups inspection was done. In fact, it
