They were very responsive, coming to my house within 3 days of my contact with them. Darrell told me what he was going to do, showed me photos of what he found and sent the report directly to my agent, saving me the trouble. I would definitely use them again.

Darrel and Dustin were great! They spent extra time to make sure that everything was checked completely. They explained their findings and we're very helpful to assure I understood what that meant. We hired Darrell and Dustin Turner of Florida Building Inspectorz to inspect our new home. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We chose them after seeing the inspection report that they made for our son and daughter-in-law on their new home. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services. The report with accompanying photos, included items in an easy to understand format. They listed color coded items in 3 categories; Maintenance Items, Recommendations, and Safety Hazards. They also included helpful information for the homebuyers.

Well, that was easy, and such a pleasant experience.
I needed wind mitigation and 4pt inspection for new insurance. They were very quick to respond and scheduling was so easy with their online scheduling system. I chose my time and it worked out perfectly.
They were thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful, Even took pics of my new gutters holding water so I could send to contractor.
Darrell and Dustin are friendly, funny and just so easy to deal with. I even got some fun and delicious goodies as a thank you from them. 😁

Dustin and Darrell were quick to answer my call, gave us a next day appt needed due to holiday interruption of normal flow. We got to the house 30 minutes early and I was shocked they were already there waiting for us. I'd never seen inspectors be early at all! They're professional, efficient and knowledgeable, cared to explain things in detail and were quick to send the final written report. They even gave hubby and I candy and other little gifts. We loved the gifts and the service was exceptional. We'll definitely use them again if/when needed and will refer them to others for sure. Thanks guys

It was a pleasure speaking with Darryl on the phone setting the appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, and has a sense of humor. Top three characteristics for me. He and his son Dustin came together for the inspection and worked well together as a team. Splitting responsibilities and getting the thorough job done in an efficient timeframe.
