Oh My Goodness! Our family was back home! I ordered through Goldbelly and Lido’s Kosher didn’t disappoint. The food was EXCELLENT! So delicious and great prices. They ran a special on a family dinner and thought I’d surprise my family. It arrived on time, well packed and very enjoyable. Thank you Goldbelly and Lido Kosher Deli. Went on Christmas day and got a combo pastrami turkey sandwich to go. It was mostly turkey. Very mediocre sandwich. The turkey was extremely dry and tasteless. Had I lived closer i would have returned it but instead threw it out. What a waste of money ! Two stars for the potato knish and potato salad.

Authentic Jewish Deli!
Forget about Katz's and those overpriced places and go to Long Island!
This place has a lovely atmosphere and a large menu so anyone can find something they like.
Food quality is very good, everything that was put on our table was super fresh.
Server was kind and answered any question I had.
Highly recommended!

I remember going to this place when I lived in Long Beach, NY with my mom before I was even 5 years old. I remember the brick walls and the wonderful tasting matzo ball soup. I am happy to report that the soup is still the same taste and quality from the early 90s. If I am back in the area, I am for sure going to stop by again.

This is a proper Kosher Deli. I never had anything from there that wasn't cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. This past Thanksgiving we had the deli cater the dinner. The highlight was A 15 pound turkey cooked, carved and put back together. It was absolutely delicious. The Mini Latkes, coleslaw spinach pudding and mashed were each made with love. I did not regret going to Lido Kosher Deli for this important meal. Now that I think of it I'm going to have to get a knishwich today for lunch.

I love the pastrami because it has a little fat on it, I don't like lean(usually dry) and French fries. The Cole slaw is really good also, it's not dry like some other restaurants. I recommend this place although I haven't tried any other items on the menu.

I finally had the chance to stop in for a hot pastrami today after passing by literally hundreds of times.
And of course ordered what I craved, a Hot Pastrami on rye.
A very tasty sandwich, ample portion of juicy, tasty pastrami, but probably not stacked as much as some other pastrami places.
Very satisfying, left me wanting more.
And of course served with a delicious half sour and sour pickle.
Definitely not cheap though at 15 bucks a sandwich, but a good hot pastrami is a delicacy and not easy to come by.

Not too many kosher delis around. Most have closed in recent years. Lido Deli appears to be undergoing a remodel so I am not judging the atmosphere or ambience. The food was solid. Corned beef and pastrami were sliced thin which is obviously their style. Not bad-just different. The sandwiches were pretty hefty and the meat was excellent. The food was fresh and well prepared. French fries were ordered by just about every table and after having them, myself, I can see why. They were not greasy and they were crisp and very tasty. Sides of pickles and cole slaw served with all meals. Service was

We used our gift certificate from Goldbelly, to order a package on sale for $99.00
We live in Plano TX. Your tracking, sent to my email, was very accurate.
Delivery was to be yesterday, Sept. 21, by 7:00 pm. UPS. It got here around 4:00 pm CST, perfect timing.
We were excited to eat NY kosher deli food. Everything was good and yummy, however three things that I need to bring to your attention:
The pickle container, plastic 16 oz. container, was cracked and the pickle juice was all over….. luckily, all else were wrapped pretty well, otherwise it would have been a total (pickle juice) washout

Best pastrami ever! Cut so thin and piled so high, it melts in your mouth. The Cole slaw is delicious, as are the pickles, which are served when you sit down! Get the French fries! Crisp on the outside, soft potato on the inside and so amazing! Delicious franks that remind me of the old days! What ever happened to great frankfurters? I guess they all went to the Lido. I also sent shiva platters to a friend! Everything was fantastic and right on time! Love this place! Btw, any negative comments can't be from Jews! We know deli!

My late father - owner of South Shore Foods (Wholesale Grocers - Long Beach, NY) - sold his products to this Kosher Deli over 30 Years Ago. Recently visited a few times early this Summer. Was so great to see the Deli's Owner - "Wally" looking better than ever. Honest to G-d: I didn't remember the food tasting so good. This Kosher Deli truly has gotten better and tastier over time. Andrea fell in love with the homemade Pea Soup. Corned Beef and Pastrami are simply to die for. Its OK! - Make the schlep from wherever you are coming from. Make sure you look both ways before crossing

Seriously the best deli I've ever had! The corned beef was incredible and the cole slaw was perfect. Very fresh, very flavorful and not overly sweet. And I felt good afterwards too, light and satisfied without feeling full. Def worth the hours in traffic =)

Yum! Always looking for good Jewish delis, and this one did not disappoint. My hubs and I shared the Russell Reuben (regretted not getting our own thinking it would be huge), and a side of slaw and tomato pickles. Solid, but $16.25 for a regular sized sandwich is a bit much imho.

I won't be returning to the deli, what I saw really gross me out especially during Covid-19 time, staffs are wearing the same gloves to clean tables, collecting payments and touching your utensils. I was like WTH.

I have been going there for years and have always been satisfied. However last night 4/17, I ordered take out.
A Pastrami on Rye and Turkey on Rye along with 2 quarts of Matzo Ball Soup.
To my shock the bill was $55.00 which was in my opinion outrageous and when I arrived at home and set the food out.
The Sandwiches were dry and very small.
The Pastrami sandwich consisted mostly of dry and tough Pastrami shavings and chips with 2 or 3 full slices of Pastrami.
Needless to say I will not be going there again.
I would not have been as upset with the bill if the qualty of the Sandwiches were worth

My mom has been talking about Lido Deli for years. Therefore we decided to go for lunch on Sunday.

To start, I ordered matzo ball soup. It was good, and the matzo ball was soft and fluffy.

We shared a latke, which was crispy and had decent flavor. I wouldn't say it was as good as being homemade like I'm used to.

For my meal, I ordered falafel...which I've been craving good falafel since visiting Israel. It was good, but was lacking that oomph. It was served in a pita with lettuce...LOTS OF LETTUCE, and a Tzatziki type sauce.

My mom ordered a pastrami sandwich. She enjoyed

My parents and I came here for dinner after hearing a lot about their pastrami. The service here was very good, the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our waiter brought us all the things we asked for like extra plates and things very quickly and didn't forget anything. The food also came out very fast which was nice. They gave us coleslaw and pickles, the sour pickles were so tasty I could not stop eating them. We first got the Chopped Liver to share which was very good. I got the Russels Reuben Sandwich which came with a mountain of pastrami which I expected so I appreciated that.

This place is the. Real. Deal. I know, I know, everyone thinks of Katz and Zabar's when they think of NYC deli staples but let me tell you, if you do not try Lido, you are for sure missing out!

First, it's family run and owned. Supporting small business is so important especially when the family that own it are so kind and accommodating. They truly take pride in their business and appreciate their customers.

Second, the meats are made and carved in house. As are the soups, knish, latkes, and most other menu findings. Nothing is overly salty but hella flavorful. You'll find yourself

We were heading to my gal pal niece's late afternoon birthday party. We decided to get some lunch. I was craving for a hot pastrami sandwich with onion rings and a cold root beer. I did a quick search on yelp and we pick Lido kosher deli and it was a home run. We ordered two hot pastrami on rye and one order of onions. Cole slaw and pickles were served as soon as you were seated. The onion rings were a little oily but the star of the show did not disappoint. The pastrami was hot, moist and tender. It was the best pastrami sandwich I had in a long long time. The price was reasonable. The service

Delicious and heart good. But service was very slow for it not being crowded at all. Look about 5 minutes for the waiter to come to our table to give us drinks then another to take our order. Had the chopped liver and it wasn't the best I've had because it was too chunky. Matzah ball Soup was warm and I wanted it hot. Split pea soup was hot. Pickles were delicious.
