We just renewed our lease. We are very happy in this community. The administration does their job and go beyond with excellence. They have become like family. Always available and quick in their responses. The maintenance crew excelent at their work and very respectful and responsive always. We have 0 complaints. The apartments and common areas in great shape and well mantained. Wish we could live here for years to come.

This apartment community is sharp. I like the amenities, the office staff is friendly and the apartments are huge! They are well kept, maintenance is on top of everything. I would wish the fitness center was bigger but it works as it has what I need. Parking is great, friendly neighbors and most important it’s close to everything. Keep up the good work Ballantrae!
