I am thankful I am living here at Bent Tree Apartments. Yes, the speed bumps are very high. Management I see & feel a change for a settle pleasant feeling as I am passing or greeted. Maintenance do a great job and are friendly.

I love this place. Office girls and maintenence is friendly and if there is a problem they fix it right away. I plan on staying here until I am no longer able to live on my own.

This place has ridiculously high speed bumps that will ruin your car thankful I only had to go over 2 just barely moving fast enough to get over the humps is scraping the underside of the car. I would not recommend living in this place your car will get tore up smh.

We’ve had issues with Bent Tree for years. We have un-fenced property that run next to theirs. They have no control over the people that live there and let them do anything. We have found people, empty alcohol bottles, empty pill bottles and more from them on our property. The office was very rude every time we’ve called and claims they cannot do anything about it because they are “not breaking any rules” just the law. They have caused damage to our property and made us feel unsafe on our own land. The fact that the people at the office see no problem with this and refuse to do anything
