The office manager and other workers are extremely kind, helpful, and overall positive people to work with. In general, the maintenance workers take care of work orders very quickly. I really appreciate how frequently the sidewalks and steps are salted during the winter. The appliances are all high quality and work well. The pool is nice and well maintained. Also, I love the peaceful sound of the fountain in the pond - it is super calming to listen to as I sit on my balcony and read or just relax. I had the best experience ever!! They always shoveled the snow before you rise in the am, very clean apartment, inside and outside! Maintenance came right away the one time I needed them, also very friendly and they don't have access to your apartment without your permission!! 😊 My leasing coordinator Annette Clark was Amazing!!!!!!! Even though she wanted me to stay, she got my paper work over in a timely manner for my new place! Pine Knoll is very blessed to have Annette she works really hard!!! I have lived at pine knoll apartments for almost a year. I have to move when I can because I am on a walker. The staff has done everything that they can except put in a walker ramp which is not possible. They are all absolutely amazing here at the apartments. I would recommend pine knoll apartments to everyone who needs a good safe and wonderful home to live. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are amazing!!
