My husband moved to limewood four years ago. When he did he paid a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit along with $600 deposit and $600 first months rent. Totalled $1550. He had two dogs at the time, then after we met and married we lived there together at limewood for a yr and a half. When I met him he no longer had the two pugs, he had one cat. Since I've lived there the apartments switched management. When it came time for rent renewal it jumped from $625 to $840. The only way to have it come down from $840 was to sign a lease for another yr and a half. My husband is a disabled veteran and we recently

Limewood apartments have been amazing for my wife and I. We loved having the apartment furnished with stainless steel appliances. Hard wood floors are very easy to maintain and clean regularly. Single story condo style apartments are very accessible for grocery shopping. spacious living quarters and nice bedroom. Good sized closets also! would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone. The office staff Allison and Jamie are super friendly!

This is my first apartment in Michigan, I'm orginally from Illinois. I couldn't be happier living in Limewood Apartment Community, it is a very quiet place to live. The property manager's are incredibly sweet and always handle whatever comes up in a prompt manor. You have a nice patio to create beautiful flower gardens which I absolutely love! It's a beautiful, peaceful place to call home and is very affordable. We are extremely happy here and for our first apartment, its perfect!

This is a great place to live, very quiet and the property manager's, Allison and Jamie are incredible. They're very affordable apartments and perfect for a 2 person family. I adore the fact that we have a private patio and if you love to garden like I do, this is a perfect to have a cute container garden. Maintenance is timely and always gets things done smoothly. The apartments are super cute and I highly recommend living here.

I love living in the Limewood Apts. We had to move here on emergency basis and the staff worked with us to get us approved and moved in quickly. They are always ready to listen to concerns and act on them putting us at ease. Communication is open and honest. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and the staff is always courteous and skilled at what they do. The feel with neighbors is like a much smaller community where everyone watches out for their neighbor and are willing to help. It feels like family but very professional at the same time. Sincerely
