Very close to my house and trust them completely. I once again went again for an oil change and a tire leak and were honest about what was done and told me that my tires were getting to the point that I will need new ones in due time. I ALWAYS enjoy going in, yeah sometimes it's a pain to wait but no worries. I'll keep coming back. Keep up the GOOD work.

On Monday October 18th. I called your store at around 4 P.M. explained to the young lady that I needed brakes put on my 2007 4500 GMC she transferred me to John in Commercial I asked if I could get a quote for this work. John stated he would work on it and get back with me. On Tuesday October 19th. I waited and waited so at around 2 P.M. I called your store and asked to speak with John in Commercial at which time John stated he forgot about it but that he would work on it and get back with me even read my phone number back to me. Well today October 25th. as I write this post still haven't heard

Called and asked for everything included; price, tax, road hazard, mount and balance, alignment, etc.. Dropped off the vehicle night before so there would be no issues out of respect for their time. Appt. Was for 9:30 a.m., get a call at 7:28 a.m. (didn't bother me, I get up at 6) asking if we want the lettering in or out, then a call at 11:00 to say it was ready for pick up. Get there and they have a list of repairs that "need addressed". Then asked if i want road hazard, I said it should have been included in the quote, it was not she said and they asked for more money. I decided i didnt trust

Outstanding service. I had a tire that urgently needed replaced and I called them in the morning , dropped off my car and they had it repaired by the time I got off work. This is the second time I had a tire issue, different tires that needed replaced immediately and both times the service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the New Haven location.

I needed my oil changed, air filter, complete check, of tires, fluids as Im taking a long road trip. My tire was rubbing on the wheel well protective cover and this fixed so it's not rubbing. So happy. Friendly, helpful service, very very reasonable price's. I'm from a very dry state and not use to this humidity so thought my air conditioning wasn't working right, they checked it for me and there was no problem with it...gave me tips on how to run the air so much cooler in the car now, and didn't charge me. I'm so grateful. I have an older car. I recommend McMahons for all services on vehicles
