First off let’s just say the staff is amazing, Londyn who works in the office provided the best help, I ever received from any apartment complex ever. Londyn made me feel so welcome with also providing good answers to every questions I asked. She is very respectful with also good customer service skills hands down. Londyn is the go to person if you ever need help !!!

Hands down my worse living experience in my 30 years of living in this area. Appliances are out dated and not working properly. Maintenance takes months to complete work orders if they come at all. The buildings were recently painted and the painters got over spray all over my car. The gate is ALWAYS broke. The property manager is very rude and quick to lie. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to live

Miss Jaunita was very informative and pleasant! I came during their lunch break and she still answered the door for me and my son… I observed how the staff interacted with the guest and tenants and I was very impressed… London was helpful as well… she had all of the answered to all 100 of my questions that I asked her!
Just moving back to Georgia from Louisiana and I definitely feel like I’m back at home

I lived at these apartments from 2017 until 2021. My experience overall was not bad however I did have an issue when I moved out. A new company had taken over beginning in January of 2021. I was charged a $220 cleaning fee for carpet stains, blind replacement and oven cleaning. When I moved in my 2 year was listed as a resident and I was never once late with utilities or rent. The things listed under the cleaning fee were normal wear and tear. If a resident is living in your apartments with a toddler for 4 years then it is expected that there is some normal wear and tear.
