We worked with Accurate (American Pump Services) on a difficult project. The well was constructed prior to 1968 and therefore all the work we completed was below grade making the field work difficult. Thomas and his field team members never quit and pressed forward in a professional manner to abandon the well. The entire office was patient with my phone calls and very transparent about what was happening behind the scenes. The team knows the well business!!! We called Accurate Drilling when our well pump stopped working overnight. I talked with a technician at 10:30am who was very polite and courteous and asked a series of questions to help determine the problem. A short time later (1:30pm) Leo arrived at our house and began working on the pump. Leo was AWESOME!!!! He answered my 101 questions and never got frustrated. He was very polite and professional. Leo had our pump replaced and water was running at 3:30 pm. I would highly recommend Accurate Drilling for any water related problems. 2 thumbs UP!!!!!!!

Like another reviewer said, hands down the best drilling company in Tampa Bay. I thoroughly researched companies in the area and several shallow drilling companies recommended Accurate for deep well drilling. They did an excellent job at a competitive price. Professional workers that worked hard each day. Excellent response to follow-up questions after job was completed. The well gives excellent pressure every time it's used.

Called early afternoon on a Saturday. Prompt response and David showed up within 2 hours. There was a lot of fun figuring out previous owners system and wiring but David was patient and explained what he was doing and looking for. After 30 mins our diagnostic was our 5 yr finding a switch on side of the house no one knew was there. David was so nice and down to earth. We have a new company for well service.

I had bad water; really bad, smelly water. Called around and found this company. Nine months ago (Feb 2019) they put in my new well. Didn't realize how happy my wife and I could be :) These guys are professionals and know what they’re doing. Rick and Brian were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. The drilling, installation, and instruction were great! I trust and recommend these guys. They did such a good job, I'll probably never need to use them again 🙂

Like I said a year ago. Hands down they are the best around. We recently had a small leak out by pump. I called Rick and the next day problem was fixed. That's quality service. If there was a way to give 10 stars we would. I recently purchased a home in the area. Three months ago Brian Dave and Rick came to my house to go over replacing of the existing system that was in our future home. I was having trouble with my well turning off and on constantly. I called Accurate Drilling and was pleasantly surprised to find the owner picked up the phone! He answered all of my questions and was able to come out at a time that was quick and convenient for me. They replaced my bladder tank, and rewired everything. I am very happy with their service! The tech that came out was courteous, polite, and very informative (I ask a LOT of questions when things like this are being done to my house).

I called and spoke with one of the owners, Rick about a quote for new well. Our 1968 2 inch well is kicking out sand and not holding a prime. This was our fourth quote and they were spot on the money or 200 less than other quotes. We are staying with our first quote from Ray Klee as he has done two repairs for us in last couple of years and his family has been friends with friends of our family for generations.
