Craig is awesome!
I moved into a new house on Christmas Eve. On Christmas morning the sprinkler system I thought was offline had actually created a geyser in my front yard. I had to shut off the water to my entire house because the valve controlling that particular zone was the issue. Needless to say this was a Christmas nightmare!
It couldn’t have been a worse day to need emergency repair. I called a million places that weren’t open before I left a message with Craig. He text me about 5 minutes after I left a voicemail asking for my address. Next text, “I’ll be there in 30-45 minutes”

I had a zone that had gotten clogged by dirt when some landscape installer broke it and the rest of my zones were a mess from years of patch jobs. Craig came out, found the control box and worked to get everything working well again within a few hours. One of the zones got re-clogged after he left from something still stuck in the line and he even stopped back by a few days later and fixed it again. Good work at a good price and will be using him again in the future.

We had a different company say they fixed our irrigation system, but it only made it worse. Craig fixed all of our issues and got our irrigation working again better than we remember. He also fixed damage done by our neighbor’s fence installation. Can’t say enough good things about Craig and his work.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had a problem with my irrigation. I called him on a Sunday and he talked me though the repair. Instead of coming out and charging for a repair he helped us with the simple repair we could do ourselves. Took the time out of his weekend. It is hard to find now a days good customer service and someone that cares about his profession and loves what he does.

Craig was professionally, fair in his costs, and spent hours in the heat fixing a large portion of my sprinkler zones, blown out piping and the vacuum breaker on my irrigation system. I would recommend him to everyone!!

What an amazing experience. I consider myself having high expectations and often being let down when it comes to services like this. But NOT this time. I would recommend Craig, and already have, to anyone! I wish more people had his work ethic, fairness, and quality of work. Our irrigation system wasn't working properly. He was quick to respond came out diagnosed and fixed the problem. While there noticed another problem instead of rescheduling he fixed then. He also walked me through how the system operated and what to look out for. Will definitely call him again if another problem comes up. Highly recommend!

Some sleepy guy answered and I could barely understand his muffled voice. It says online that it's 24-hr but clearly he isn't 24-hr or don't get upset and agitated if you don't want to be disturbed. Don't advertise your business as a 24-hour service? I called at 10:00 AM on a Saturday just so others are aware.

Craig Jackson did a terrific job for us. He is quick to respond and was able to come out during an emergency the morning I originally called. The second time he came out Craig fixed all of our other sprinklers that were damaged and didn't work. He is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, honest and quick. I highly recommend Craig's service.
