I had a bad flat. Rolled into their parking lot with it close to the rims. They could've told me "oh well to drive when it's that low can be risky so we recommend a new tire and oh hey it's best for all 4 to have the same wear so we recommend 4 new tires." But they didn't. They gave me exactly what was wrong, repaired the tire, charged me a super low price, and I was gone in under an hour. Impressive! Speed, affordability, AND integrity. I'd never gone here before, but my family will be taking both of our vehicles back here when they need new tires.

These guys are not a full service auto repair shop, but they do do a lot of repairs. they do good work generally. I, too find them to be accommodating. when it comes to buying tires, one is advised to buy 4 at a time. if you buy 2, you will get the new tires installed on the rear, and the older, existing tires will be staying on the front. it is best to buy all 4 tires new at a time, anyway. they do have some good brands of tires. they do do good work on the mechanical, that they do do. they are weak on any auto electrical that they even do.

Called in a panic at 5:25pm as I had a fast leaking tire. Given they closed at 5:30, this was the 2nd tire shop I tried calling. These folks didn't hesitate to get me in and stayed late to get it fixed. I REALLY appreciated their service and they have now earned a new customer! I would highly recommend this shop. Everyone was so friendly!

You have got to get your car into Big Red Tire! They just put four new Conti Extreme Contact on my Audi A6. I spent the money because they were knowledgeable about the tire and how it would perform with this car. And, they were spot on! Pricing, customer service, and free rotation...can't beat it! What are you waiting for... go see Wes!

I have been going to this store since it initially opened and they have worked on three different vehicles for my family. I have never ever had a problem with price or service. They even fixed my wheel barrow wheel one day for free.
I recently had Husker Auto here in Lincoln try to tell me I needed new tires for my car. After consulting with Big Red I was assured my tires were fine for at least another year. They removed a nail from my tire for $20 and did not try to take a penny more. I own a nice BMW so like the dealership they could have been tempted to increase the costs but true to

I had a very bad exsperience with this store. I bought tires from them last year, and had only put 10000 miles on them, and the tires began making alot of noice. I took the car to the dealer, and they said that the problem was with the tires. I went in to the store to ask what they thought, and they told me that it was not the tires fault. I then went to a trusted auto repair, just 2 blocks away, and they told me that it definitly was the tires. This was my second bad exsperience with this place. I did call the owner this week, and he told me that he might have been able to give me a 10% discount
