I have never written a review, but this place is very unprofessional , they do not work well with their clients, every time I call they have an attitude know nothing about the case, I always have to explain the whole case every time I call , they do not help I have to call them for updates because they do not call. Would not recommend for workers comp case.

Do not recommend this place at all, worse service ever, Mr Sanders was a very rude person, it’s incredible that I was trying to hire a service which there was going to be money involved off course and I was been treated like I was asking for a favor, I’m just glad this happened because I was looking to hire someone PROFESSIONAL and he has non of that at all.

They allegedly could not even figure out if Throb night club had insurance or not..LOL when it is Florida State law that any place serving liquor has to have insurance. I can only alledge that this law firm has zero integrity...if the bar is mob owned 😁.
I was beaten to death...employee hid my body andwhen my date was looking for me told her "who? Oh nothing happened ..what are you talking about? And the employees refused to call EMS or sheriff...then the sheriff took incident off crime blotter...and no Leo's including gov scott..would ping my cell phone inorder to find perpetrators..gang.

I had an amazing experience with Stephen Barbas and he worked on my case for years and he hit the nail on the head when he told me what my case was worth years before we settled. He kept telling me that we were not going to except the insurance companies offer until it was a fair offer. We settled for exactly the amount he told me was fair a few years earlier. Stephen is a great attorney and a better man!

This was my first (and, hopefully, last) time needing an attorney for a traffic accident. Attorney's Barbas and Butler were friendly, professional and courteous. I had a lot of questions and they were both very patient with me and my family. I was kept informed and the case went smoothly. I was referred to Jimmie Butler, one of the attorneys at Barbas Nunez by a co-worker and was impressed and relieved in how my situation was handled. In addition to being hurt, there are many questions that you never really think about until you are in an accident and Mr. Butler and the staff were able to help me get prompt medical attention and subsequently negotiated a fair settlement of my claim.
