Waterscape.. more like hellscape, this place is a ghetto nightmare & I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy live here. It was decent at first but once new management took over this place immediately went down hill. We only lived here a year & the mail boxes were broken into twice expect the second time we were never notified with any update or that they were working to be fixed. Parking is stupid because your basically paying for a spot anyone & everyone will park in, & people will threaten you over your own parking spot. Lol this place is a joke at most. Live here at your own discretion not to mention

Just avoid this place. Amenities are cool, apartments don’t look too bad but other than that it’s not worth it. As everyone says parking is a nightmare, packages are stolen, mailboxes are broken into constantly even though it’s a “gated” community (gates were also broken and left open many times.) my husbands car was also gone through twice, luckily one night we parked close enough to hear the alarm go off. From my experience management absolutely sucks, and the turnover rate is insane. Not worth the money in my opinion. Very happy to be out (:

I Just moved here and everything else is fine except Parking , they have a assigned parking depending on the unit you get which could be Garage ( That is 110 a month extra Or a parking port
If your not assigned a parking port it is hell … they don’t even bring up reserve parking(extra $10) I had to ask so many questions with the manager Danielle who is not helpful at all ..finally offered me it and although they have reserved parking it’s still available to others so there’s no promises of actual reserve parking just for you .
So If Parking Is an Important thing to you ?Look Elsewhere

This place has had several names throughout the years. During my time in the military back in the late 90's, they were called the Summit at Paradise Valley. Our biggest concern then was a wildfire that almost burned our apartment down. It was a transitional place, not a home. They we expensive then. I can only imagine today's California prices. They were nice enough people that ran the place. Lots of stairs to climb. Garage parking is extra, so be ready for that.

Management is good, maintenance is good, but honestly not the safest place. My car was broken into and robbed three times, and my house broken into once and stuff was stolen. The most they did was hire security to drive around but I never see them and crime hasn’t decreased. Wouldn’t live here without a security system, if I lived here at all. Not worth the risk for the price.

We moved to the Waterscape Apartments in March 2019. The units are nice, the clubhouse and pool is great, and it is close to freeway access. Parking can be challenging at times, but the staff has been handling the issue well. Frances Gonzales, our leasing professional, really made the move-in process seamless and pleasant. Very friendly and engaging with great communication. Frances has also been very accommodating, attentive, and helpful with any requests or concerns we have had during our lease thus far.

Very nice apartments and a good location - able to walk to grocery store and several restaurants. Rarely had any problems that required a service request. Nice pool area, family-focused community. Yes, parking was a little difficult, and we were not told that the gym was under construction when we moved here, which was disappointing. But would certainly recommend living here.
