We brought in a 1948 sewing machine. He had the parts on hand. He completely understood the repairs needed, gave us a quote, and stuck with it. Got the job done quickly. Personable, incredibly trustworthy, and really a pleasure to deal with. We've had several interactions with him over the years, and he remains one of our favorite local vendors.

ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service!! First off, I brought my shark vacuum in here to see if I could get it serviced a few months ago. Matt took the time to look up the vacuum style and broke down the costs of how much it would be to fix. Turns out, the vacuum would cost more to fix than to just buy a new one. I was so happy that he took the time to explain this... I told him I'd be back to rent a carpet cleaner and that I did a couple months later. I was shown how to use it at the store and when I told them I had a small car, they offered to drop it off at my house in Amesbury, MA without hesitation
