During quarantine I’ve been making masks for a local hospital. My machine started acting weird. I emailed D&D on a Saturday describing the problem. At 9:30 pm I received an email back with some suggestions. They worked! What terrific customer service to respond on a weekend during quarantine. I recommend them absolutely.

Very friendly, helpful shop! Every time I go in it seems they will go out of their way to make sure I find what I want & that I'm happy with my purchase. I have bought fabric here as well as quilting supplies and a quilting machine with frame. Excellent customer service. The only drawback is the lack of my favorite fabrics but hey, they can't carry *everything*! Most of their fabrics are batiks, 1930s reproductions, modern prints. They also have sewing machines for sale, and do cleaning and servicing on existing machines regardless of brand. They did a wonderful job with my
