I've been living here for about six months now, I live in a one bedroom one bathroom without a balcony or WD. So far, I've had a pretty good experience. The location is great, very central and across the street from a Publix, Starbucks, etc. It's a quiet neighborhood with mainly families and elderly people.
The pool is beautiful and has a smaller sized "kids" pool that I enjoy using for some privacy and relaxation.
I've had a few issues with bugs, although it's expected in Florida, there's a lot of trees and greenery surrounding the area so it stirs them up. I've found that maintaining cleanliness

I've lived here for 3 years. It is centrally located to everything you may need including schools, restaurants, fast food, banks, groceries, etc. The apartment building is within a setting that is full of lots of trees that makes it very pleasant to the eye. The service representatives at the office are very pleasant and are very quick to respond to your concerns.

My family and I have been living here for almost 3 years. We really love this place. The apartments are great. The unit that I live was one of the renovated apartments.The floor plans is pretty good too. The rooms and baths are spacious. The balcony is my favorite part. We can enjoy the trees and the beautiful garden. The prices are affordable.
Even if you have a problem, the maintenance guys are always ready to help us and follow up with any issue. They have an emergency line 24/7 for any problem that cannot wait until the next day. I just had great experiences with them. They’re super nice

Before coming here I did looked at the reviews, noticed that some of the not so great ones are really old and I just wanted to see for myself what the property has to offer. Took a tour just to look at the grounds and amenities and they all look very nice, they didn’t have anything vacant but Cianna showed me pictures of the floor plan I was applying to and drove me to the building where was located. I like to location of the property and overall it was a very nice experience.

Came to do a tour and the ladies at the office were very profesional, felt in love with all the green areas and the big pool. Been here since then and I have nothing but good things to say from them. My service requests will be done quickly and they guys are very friendly/ professional. Can’t wait for the resident summer party to come back!

I was going to go back and fill out an application until I read all the terrible reviews. Then I noticed that most of, if not all, the positive reviews from the past 3 days are posted by management team and/or their family/friends. The fitness center is a poor excuse for one if ive ever seen one.. might as well get shut down as free weights that were there are prehistoric and the machines look just as old.. pool looked ok from what I could see. I couldn't see a unit as they said they had nothing available for viewing. I've never purchased anything blindly and will not waste a years worth of money

I lived here from April 2018 to April 2019. I really am not sure this place could be any worse. The condition of the apartment itself was terrible; There were painted-over rat feces under the kitchen sink. It was clear that everything was just painted over without even a minute of cleaning first. Their regular maintenance "team" consisted of one guy who took literally two weeks to follow up on anything, and only halfway fixed anything he did respond to.
