Solar photovoltaics (PVs) are a collection of cells containing a material that converts sunlight into direct current electricity. Solar heating systems are designed to provide an abundance of hot water that is collected in storage tanks. We work with our clients to optimize electricity usage and maximize the benefits of their systems.
Premature tank failure is caused by lack of maintenance and neglect. The longevity of solar water heating systems require maintenance every 4 - 5 years. Most importantly, changing out the anodized rod will ensure tank life. We remind our customers with maintenance flyers to make sure they get the most out of their systems.
Choosing a contractor to install our Solar PV system was agonizing. After doing some research on contractors that were listed on the Green Sun Hawaii list we were able to narrow our choices down to a few. C&J Solar Solutions was our first choice. We were very fortunate and blessed by making that phone call.
