The team of Brandon and Dillon arrived masked, were courteous, professional, safe, and took the time to explain everything they performed on our water heater tank and solar panel system. They expedited their thorough system check, replacing the corroded anode and anti-scald valve quickly so that I could make an after-school child pick-up on time. I would unhesitatingly recommend this business for their customer friendly service. Well done Solar Help!!!

Love this company. Very please with the experience. John V. came to my house and talked to me about my options. I was interested in relocating the water heater, but John recommended that I do not because of the extra cost. We talked about the best placements for the pipes and the appearance of the lines. Simply, quick and to the point.
When it came time for the installation, the crew was on time and finished promptly. I was not home at the time but my spouse reported that everyone was courteous and explained the system to her. I've had experiences where my wife was talked down to by work

Awesome company with responsive employees. Solar PV went out and we didn't know why. Worked with Paul and he was very patient. I was expecting an appointment later in the week as he was booked but he came to our house after his last scheduled job the day I called and worked above and beyond to find the cause of the problem. I was worried but Paul found the issue and stayed to fix it till nearly 5:30 pm. He could've easily said I'll have to come back another time but knew every day our PV was down was costing us $$. Don't hesitate to use Solar Help. You won't be disappointed

Update - solar water heater was making crazy loud noises yesterday. Called SHH to schedule an appointment and I was blown away by what happened next. Spoke to a kind gentleman on the other line (I wish I had written down his name) who proceeded to reassure me that the problem was not serious and, more importantly, he walked me through the steps to correct the problems and all was resolved. This is the third time SHH has helped us and I cannot accurately express how awesome SHH has been to me and my family. Mahalo!

Had a leaking issue with my 12 year old solar water panel and wasn't sure on what to do. Gave them a call and they explained what we needed to do to bypass the leak until they were able to come out. Technician came out to assess problem. Throughout the whole process they were extremely good at communication which I apppreciate. Would not hesitate to use them again.

After receiving help for issues right away, and a call system that actually has after hour/ weekend support I realize solarhelp is pretty awesome. I actually had the misfortune of working with revolusun, big mistake! They have no support after hours or weekends. If you have a problem Friday after 5 you're SOL and your calls just go straight to the general voicemail till Monday morning. This was not the car with solarhelp, and I now deeply regret going with revolusun for my PV as I'm having issues and have been calling and going straight to voicemail! Purchasing a PV system is a huge expense. It's not fast and it's not cheap. So you want to make sure that you are working with a company that is going to provide you with excellent service through the entire process. I would give more stars if possible. This is the third company that came out to repair my solar water heater system, and the first one to succeed! I have been without hot water on cloudy days for over two years now and was just about to purchase a new water heater when I decided to give it one more shot. A technician came to assess and repair in one visit for a very reasonable fee. Mind you, the other two companies had very good yelp reviews. This company is the real deal!

Thank you Lionel, Yukio and the installation crew. The install of my solar water system went smoothly. Lionel explained the whole system to us thoroughly and understood our needs and recommended the best system for us. They have a great finance program w/ Hawaii State FCU which made it very affordable. Totally happy with our system and highly recommend Solar Help to anyone.
