I’ve lived at Meadow square for a little more than 10 years and although I’ve had my share of misunderstandings with staff (Debbi), waiting on maintenance and being frustrated my experience at Meadow square is still thee best apartment experience I’ve ever had, please do yourself a favor and take my word for it when I tell you, you will love your apartment so much, in 10+ Years I’ve never seen a bug inside my unit, I have only needed maintenance a few times and Debbi is fair… so as long as you pay your rent on time, follow the rules of the community you will have no problems… This is

They will never call you back!!
I have tried to apply here 3 separate times initially they answer the 1st call giving you all the information about what you need to qualify. I even turned in all my paperwork then nothing No one calls me back after leaving numerous messages. I had to drive back over there to get back my paperwork. Ridiculous!

Do NOT recommend. The manager is the absolute worst! very petty and rude. also, unprofessional. The maintenance workers take days to make repairs and it gets to the point where you have to personally track them down. When things do get repaired, its often done poorly and breaks again. very cheap for the prices you pay to live here! be prepared to be watched if you're on the bottom floor. If you have stuff on your patio, you will be harassed until you remove them.

The newest addition Francisco the new maintenance supervisor introduced himself and was very friendly and informative. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. When assisting with a problem I had. I I thought it was brilliant of Francisco to explain what was wrong, why the problem happened, & how to avoid it from happening again. It was a great experience.

My Fiancé and I enjoyed living here, especially our four year old. Everyone is so friendly and kind. And I appreciate every staff in this facility, not only they help us but they take their take to listen. And I can not forget the maintenance staff they are also wonderful, they are on it right away it is amazing. So grateful to be here.

Nice area and quiet. However, management sucks big time, especially Debbie. She is very rude! They change Leasing office staff like you change your underwear. It's always someone new who doesn't know anything. They take forever to fix things and sometimes do not even put your maintenance request in. I kept complaining about my dishwasher leaking and they came out and said it was nothing three times. Woke up to my downstairs neighbor knocking on my door to see if I had a leak. Sure enough my kitchen and dining room floor was covered with water from the dishwasher. Pool and spa were closed for half
