I saw her on IG with great photos. Talked to Stephanie over the phone and sounded friendly and and seems to know what she was doing. She even mentions that her customers are only professionals and she sends the strippers to liv bay and to another place I couldn’t remember.

Such a great place for lashes! Super knowledgeable. I went after being frustrated about my extensions from another place not making it even two weeks after very poor application that had too much glue, weird placement, and was causing breaking in my lashes. She spent an hour on each eye to properly remove and fill my lashes and was very knowledgeable and patient and gentle. She was also very friendly and kind! A really great service!

Extremely bad experience with this location. Honestly I don't understand the good reviews for miss Stephanie. We can't speak on the tanning, but the lash extensions my wife received was extremely sub-par, discomforting, and even down right painful. She described to me how during her appointment with miss Stephanie, she repeatedly poked at her eye lid as she applied the lashes and glue to close to the base of the lashes. Miss Stephanie proceeded to complain about her twitching as a result of this erroneous application. My wife believing she was the professional and trying to be respectful tried

BEYOND RUDE!! They show open slots online to book but when you call to get more information they tell you they are completely booked. The girl who picked up the phone was extremely rude and condescending and hung up on me...who hangs up on a customer!! And ...the attitude of the girl on the phone. I am from GA and just moved to Vegas. I was looking to get a weekly tanning session on a new tanning salon. I got recommended Illuminate You but after the way I was treated on the phone NO WAY...take your money elsewhere. To the girl who picked up the phone:... Is answering the phone and customer questions
