So far so good. Everything was working when we moved into the apartment. Renae in the front office was extremely helpful in getting us setup. The place is not a typical College Student Apartment, seems to have a good mix of professionals and is very quiet at night so far. Grounds are well maintained, dog stations, many good trails to walk and the pool and fitness center looks great. I will repost any updates as they become available.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars. This is a terrible place to live and it wasn't always this bad. I originally lived here after my divorce in 2016. The place was clean, the management was nice, and the maintenance was competent and friendly. The management there now is TERRIBLE. They are only concerned about making the outside pretty and collecting your rent. That's it. The buildings are old and the mechanicals haven't been updated in a very long time, so you will get power bills in excess of $300 during the summer. The A/C units are old and continuously run and

The community is situated in a great location, yet it is tucked away from the bustle of the main street. The apartments are nicely updated, and well maintained. The Mill truly has been "a great place to call "home" for the past year. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I've been a resident for about a year and a half now. This is a great place to live if you need an apartment. I recently relocated from out of state to the Atlanta area and feel very lucky to have found The Mill. It's a great value considering the amenities and location when compared to other similar properties in the area.
The apartments are large with a lot of closet space and big bathrooms. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance team is quick to respond when needed. It's also very safe and quiet.

We just resigned our lease not too long ago, we love this place the apartments are spacious, rooms are big with huge closets, which is a must for me!! They have garden style tubs also a must for me, along with a big patio! One of my favorite things about this apartment is there are multiple storage style closets and the 2nd bathroom has storage for towels and other necessities so it’s not taking up my hall closet space!!!! Over the winter we started using our fireplace, I was a little nervous being in an apartment but we absolutely love it now anytime it’s cold we have a fire going so relaxing

I had never lived on my own before moving here, and I was really nervous to move to a big city right out of high school, but the Mill is so nice and cozy, and it quickly felt like home to me. It was way better than any of the surrounding complexes so it was an easy choice to decide on the Mill, and I’m very happy with my decision almost 4 years later.

We love living at The Mill! Our apartment is spacious and we love the patio! The office staff and maintenance crew are awesome! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the ladies in the office do a great job making this a fun, clean, and welcoming community!
We love that the complex is quiet and we love the amenities. The pool, gym, and grills are great and we also love walking the nature trail. This is a great place to live, I would recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a new home!

I've lived at the Mill for multiple years under the same management. The community is quiet, safe, well maintained and in a great location. The office staff has always seems interested when I had concerns or ideas. Throughout the year the staff gives the residents special treats and holds small events (pre-CoVid) to help inspire a sense of community.

The apartments themselves are nice obviously not brand new but the appliances and flooring were updated, I did have to do some additional cleaning
when I moved in especially on the patio but wasn’t a huge deal. The apartments are very spacious with ample closet space for both the master and guest.

This place has ant problem during the winter time and their pest control person can't solve the problem. Also there maintenance don't respect you when they enter your apartment. The "POOL GUY" will bother you over a having a pool pass even through you have live here for a year and half. You would think after the first year of asking you for a pool pass that he would know who you are. That is not the case at this apartment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Don't move here. I moved out a year ago and am still regretting living there. I lived in a 3/2 with 3 other girls who were at KSU. The office staff is unbelievably inconsiderate and catty. I had countless problems with them while I was living there. Every time a problem arose, there was a confrontation between someone in the office and one of the girls in the apartment. Between poor money handling, to charging a friend for repairs & upkeep that should be covered, to the terrible parking, I highly encourage you to NOT waste your time and money here. Also - it didn't help when a friend

BEWARE THIS APARTMENT USES A MASTER UTILITY METER, they lie and tell you its GEORGIA Power, it is not, YES MANAGEMENT is just the company who sends out the bill provided by THE MILL AT CHASTAIN. Your utility bill can range from 200 higher, there was even a tenant who had a 600 utility bill. Regardless how cautious you are in turning off lights, unplugging items, you will still receive a high bill. In speaking with a neighbor who had not even began to use her air conditioning was receiving over 200 plus electric bills. Mine during the cool summer months when I was not using my air conditioning

This place is horrible!!! Yes, the pool is nice BUT parking sucks and I have had a recurrent ant problem!!! I've lived here for 10 months, and I've had severe ant problems 6-7 times. In the pantry (I don't keep open food there), my bedroom, and in my living room!! Hundreds of ants! I'll come home, want to go to bed, and BOOM, ants all in my frickin pantry!
