I’ve given this place a second and a third try. They keep ruining my clothes. First issue was a shirt with an attached belt. I asked them to please be careful with belt and it was completely ruined. Second try, I brought in a shirt with some shoulder detail and the shoulder was destroyed. Lastly, I brought in a simple button up collared shirt. Im thinking okay no way they can mess this up. It was still wrinkled down the front, but more importantly it’s missing all the sleeve buttons. After destroying $200 worth of clothing I will not be returning.

I took a brushed leather coat. They were very pleasant and welcoming. After I paid the 42.00 for the coat they brought the coat out. The same obviously visible dirt remained.
I gave the coat back, asked them to thoroughly clean the coat. They said the Mgr would contact me when coat ready. No call. I went to get the coat again still dirty.
The Mgr said they wash with soap and water not dry cleaning as the store advertised. Did I mention the fur around collar and sleeve ruined! Seriousl! Bottom line...
If you want clothes ruined and be told "Sorry, not sorry" bring your hard earned money here

Took our church table cloths and they said it'd take 2 weeks. Month later I ask why we haven't been contacted yet and tried to pick them up. They were still in the trash bag I brought them in and they hadn't done anything to them (good thing they weren't wet!). They said "Sorry" and made no attempt to make it right with a discount of any kind. Picked them up couple days later and paid full price. Will not be using them again.

Every employee knows my name and is already pulling my clothes when I walk in. They say "yes sir" and truly care about my day and my satisfaction. Buttons have been replaced when broken before I even get my clothes back. They have found items left in my pockets and hand them to me when I pick up my cloths. I wouldn't use anyone else and I spend about $75 a week there. Perfectly starched and pressed every time.

Being taking my uniforms here because they don't charge on military uniforms, couple of weeks ago took some nice shirts to get cleaned and press didn't find out till later that they burnt a couple of buttons on my shirt. This week i took my wife's nice dress to get cleaned and they accidentally got it dirty so they put it in spot treatment, what frustrates me is they tried to walk around the problem they caused, making it like we had done it, they did end up paying for the dress. Hope they start working more on the quality.
